Nice, quiet and clean hotel.A perfect location, just in the heart of the old town,a few minutes walking distance from Wawel Castle and the main square Rynek Glowny. Rooms are large with modern furnishing,no noise from outside or from the near rooms. Quality breakfast, nothing is missing.Professional desk service. In a few words, fully satisfied by this hotel.

great hotel and located close to the centre but not in a busy street so blissfully quiet. Staff very polite and efficient and always happy to help if needed. Very clean and tidy on every level and for the price well worth it. my only criticism would be the lift was to small and a tea and coffee in the...

This 3-star hotel is located in The Old Town in Krakow. Just 50 meters walk and you are in the center of restaurants and pubs. The hotel looks very small from outside but it is very interestiing containing restaurant,a nice garden, and a tea room. The room was rather small ,but the bath room was OK. The reception staff was...

This is a really nice, clean & friendly hotel right in the centre (well virtually) of old Krakow where you are in walking distance of lots of things. English speaking staff, spotless & clean, brilliant showers & breakfasts daily plus numerous great restaurants right outside the main door in the same street. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great...

Excellent value. The walls and public areas are painted with beautiful murals, the stairs are marble, the rooms are large with refrigerators and lovely wall coverings. Perfectly clean. Unlimited very hot water with huge water volume (we like a generous shower). One problem - intermittant sewer gas smell in bathroom only - may be a general problem because we noticed...

Such a lovely clean hotel situated 10 mins away from the main square . The staff are very friendly and will help you in what ever way they can. The restraunt ( the flying Goose) is lovely and clean and served a lovely breakfast, again the staff very friendly and always replenishing food when it runs out, so the food...

We stayed here for 3 nights in April, and while we enjoyed our time in Krakow, this hotel was only average. The location was excellent with nice rooms. Internet was difficult, breakfast only average, and minimal room amenities. It wouldn't take much to make this a much better hotel experience.

We stayed here for 4 days over a bank holiday. And needless to say the stay was really comfortable. The rooms were really clean. And the hotel was centrally located with everything in walking distance. But the best part about the stay are the staff. There was a lady at the reception who helped us out with umbrellas when it...

We stayed here in winter for my birthday. It was beautiful. Rooms are very cosy and warm even though the snows falling hevaliy outside. The breakfast which is included is beautiful. Lots of choice of nice meats and cheeses and breads. The bar is very reasonable and great to sit and have a vodka. Lovely staff too.
