I love this hotel! They do the the best to make wishes come true. On request they arranged taxi from the airport, bought flowers, chocolate and wine and upgraded to a beautiful suite for my mother celebrating 75years!! Beautiful, clean room/suite with a perfect bathroom with a bathtub! Smile, top service from everybody! I truly recommend it!!

Stayed here in June16, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location, just 5 mins from main square, but in a quiet side street so not disturbed by the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great.

Nice hotel - simpel without being fancy. The location is excellent - close to the main Square and yet in a very quiet side street. Simple and clean rooms. The breakfast was OK without being fantastic - but I would stay Again just for the location.

The stay at the Wawel Hotel was from information obtained through Trip Advisor. Anyone travelling to Kraków will enjoy the quiet side street, excellent adjacent restaurant and facilities of the hotel. This is the ONLY place to stay in Kraków due to proximity to everything from Christmas Markets, restaurants, iconic landmarks and Wawel Castle. I walked everywhere! Hope to be...

The service at the hotel was good. Breakfast is included which is always nice, nothing spectacular but decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. I...

This is an ideal hotel for couples. The rooms are very comfortable. In addition, it has a small spa that you can reserve time and enjoy it in private. The restaurant staff very attentive with a variety of a traditional Polish food.
