This hotel is a typical old Polish building steeped in character but it is spotlessly clean and all facilities are modern and in good condition. The staff are very helpful and all speak perfect English. The rooms are a good size with TV, full size fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Bottles of water were supplied every day and bowls of apples...

The hotel itself had a traditional look, which was very charming. Rooms were clean, the hotel itself was clean, but my shower was broken. Everyone was very helpful, the breakfast was rather simple, but good enough. Location; it was perfect! The street was calm and everything was nearby.

Walking through the doors you feel like you're stepping back in time to a pension from the 19th century. If you want more elegance and charm, try the fancier hotels such as the Grand or Francuski, but if all you need is a great location, a comfortable room, an adequate breakfast with a cafe-style feel, friendly service, unexpected touches such...

Hotel is a perfect location and very clean both of which are very important to me. However was woken up every morning my cleaner chatting and talking loudly and banging supply cupboard doors from about 7.30 every morning.

Friendly & helpful staff, quite outdated hotel, but still with nice charm, perfect location, 100 meters away from Planty (the park surrounding the old town of the beautiful city of Kraków). Just too bad the hotel did not have a real vegan breakfast to offer (apart from some bread and vegetables), which is a real pity, as Kraków has some...

Lovely hotel, suite was spotless with plenty room, flatscreen tv, radio, fridge, large double bed, shower, heated towel rail and traditional decor throughout. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with plenty choice, the waiter in the dining room was exceptionally helpful as were the reception staff. Easy walking distance to the main square. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Small, old world style hotel just 7 to 8 minutes’ walk from what is probably the most beautiful, vibrant city square in all of Europe. The Fortuna is located in a quiet area just outside Krakow’s Rynek Glowny, the dramatic Main Square which has been designated as “the best public space in Europe” and Kraków itself as one of the...

Very comfortable and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location, easily walkable to the old town. Avoid the very over priced breakfast! Great value alternatives are available just around the block, two minutes away.

We stayed here for 4 days on our visit to Krakow. Hotel is very clean and the people working there are very nice, helpfull and friendly. We had a family room and it was quite big. They have free wifi and very "secured" parking space. Breakfast was very rich. All in all this hotel is very good for the price...
