We booked a suspiciously cheap "flights & hotel" deal from British Airways which included a stay at the Eden Hotel - in all honesty, the price worried us. Turns out that we needn't have worried! Plonked right in the middle of the Jewish quarter & a 2 minute walk from the Miodowa tram stop, the Eden was the perfect base...

The rooms were lovely. Very cosy and larger than expected! Tastefully decorated with lovely artwork on the walls. The ladies at reception were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs (not easy with a 4 month old baby!). At the heart of the Jewish quarter, the hotel is within a short walking distance of many significant synagogues...

This place is only a few minutes walk from the main square, and there are several great restaurants within a block or two. There are actually a couple food trucks right outside (but it's actually pretty quiet). The reception is friendly, breakfast is good. They even had a steam room downstairs.

Very simple, clean hotel with good history (go on one of the free walking tours if the Jewish district to learn this hotel's story). The young girl working the front desk was super nice- nicest we had in Krakow. Room was spacious very large. Even the "shower" was large (from pictures you can see the shower was simply a curtain)....

This hotel is situated within the Jewish district, great bars, lots of restaurants and friendly staff. The room was very spacious, relatively clean and had comfortable furnishings. They provided coffee and tea facilities within the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked us countless taxis and helped us with booking an Auschwitz tour. I would recommend...

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Krakow. Our main reason for going was our trip to Auswichz. After reading reviews I decided to contact hotel to book the trip for us. I am so pleased I did. They organised this over email and everything was hassle free. They used Discovery tours and I couldn't recommended highly enough. Price was...

We spent last week in this lovely hotel, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Our room had a large lounge, great for the five of us to get together in an evening although the bedroom was a bit on the small side. The choice of foods for breakfast was exceptional and the ladies in charge were very pleasant and helpful. The...
