I stayed in the Kajzer Hostel for 5 nights with five friends in October 2016. We wanted a good but basic hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Krakow. We booked this Hotel after seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. It's a family-run hotel. The owners are very helpful. Rooms very clean and nicely... More

If you are not looking for 4+ stars hotels, this is a very good choice. It says it is a hostel, I don't know about other rooms, but I stayed in a suite that was better than the average hotel. You can't go wrong with this place! + Friendly staff + Nice rooms + Very clean - Not that close... More

We booked two double rooms in august, just to have a one nignt stay in Krakow. When we arrived, the stuff was so kind and so helpful showing as all the monuments, explaining something about the city that in one hour we decided to stay there one more night. As the parking around is nearly impossible during the week days... More

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now and it is still as good as it was. The family staff are very helpful and accommodated all our requests. It is also really well located for getting to the the usual tourist spots. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place with great location (walking distance from Old Town and Kazimierz). Room exceed our expectations. We've stayed in hotels in higher ratings with just a fraction of conveniences offered at Kajzer Hostel. The owners are fantastic hosts, who contributed to family like atmosphere. Amazing food! (and beverages:). Did I mention great value? Kajzer Hostel is definitely worth recommendation. We'll... More

Exceptionally friendly, polite and accommodating staff - a very warm welcome! The foyer offers free city maps and tourist information leaflets plus a couple of shelves of reading books in a variety of languages if you forget yours. The room was more a suite than a room, with a fully equipped kitchen (and very well stocked mini bar!), shower room,... More

I have stayed in places with a higher star rating that are not half as nice as Kajzer Hostel. We had a lovely room (number 1) which was spotless when we arrived, comfy beds, a spacious room with a small balcony, good kitchen. Located in the former Jewish ghetto it is close to some historic sites, also close to some... More
