Probably best described as a hostel, but twin rooms, with en-suite and clean. above a café that is the hotel reception, staff friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Ideally located close to the castle and a short walk from everything else you might want to see in the city.

Second stay here, lovely place to stay good location good facilities and the cafe down stairs is great. Room is spacious with TV , fridge and kettle. Bathroom also a good size. Beds are comfy. Staff are very pleasant. All rooms are upstairs. The only bad thing I could say is the curtains are not a good fit so the... More

We initially had some troubles getting to Krakow and Indalo Rooms. Due to our problems getting to Krakow (we missed a rail connection due to a late train, which then put all our travel plans out of whack for the rest of the day), we did not arrive in Krakow until close to midnight. We had emailed ahead of time... More

Clean rooms over a wonderfully atmospheric café run by same owners. Double bed ( ask for larger douvet), fridge, some cutlery, en-suite bathroom with good shower, small table with two chairs. We stayed on first floor. Nice colour scheme. Some noise from trams and traffic from adjacent street. There is a construction site directly across from the rooms at present... More

Have stayed here a couple of times as we find it clean, simple and comfy. Minimalistic, but all that we need is there. There is a fridge, kettle cups cutlery etc so one can eat in if you want .but take your own tea/coffee milk etc...beds are comfy and each room has it's own colour scheme which is very charming... We stayed 2 nights. You check in at the little cafe downstairs. We met with Monika. You can order breakfast but make sure you do it the night before. We weren't told that when we checked in so we did not eat breakfast there. There is a little bakery around the corner and we got something there and came back... More

The room and its bathroom were very clean, well located, in the perfect centre of Krakow. A bit noisy during the night due to cobbled streets and not so effective double glazing, but was still very warm inside at all times. The Indalo rooms are just above a rustic bar, which is run by same owners and which is also... More

A short walk to the castle, market square, river and pick up point for all the day tour buses so ideally placed and yet very quiet. Quirky wee cafe serving great coffee down stairs (next door) where they also serve a limited continental breakfast. Rooms are very simple but a decent shower and beds - down side was three flights... Extremely friendly staff speaking good english; more than satisfactory breakfast, plus you get to pick the time you would like to have it; location allows you to reach all the sights and the main railway station on foot; a charming cozy cafe just under the rooms, where you can enjoy a cup of wonderful tea or cofee with a nice... Great inner city location with local flavor on a quite side street. Rooms were simple but comfortable. The Cafe/Bar below was handy for a quick snack or a nightcap. The young staff (at the cafe which also is the reception) was very personable and appreciative. None of the stuffy pretense of the major chains. Couldn't get the TV to work... More
