I stayed there for few nights and I like this place. It is a small clean hostel, the staff is very nice and I would come back there again. However, the bathroom is quite far (but it depends on a room I guess) and walls are very thin, so you can hear basically everything. Overall experience is good and I...

It's a hostel iv stayed in better I'll probably stay in worse, it needs a bit of updating just a lick of paint, some air freshener because there's a bit of a musky smell but we had a good night's sleep, there was never to much noise the staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms aren't to bad. You...

I booked a private room for three nights. The location is great, a 5min walk from Wawel Castle. Nice walks along the riverbank. The room was nice, very basic but good wifi connection. Was nice and warm, clean linen and good lighting. A maintenance person did have to come into the room to remove an audio device that had been...

Stayed at the hostel for four nights in a private room. Pros: quiet, clean rooms, secure, in a good location, kitchen facilities and wifi Cons: staff don't communicate well with each other (inconsistent policies) and aren't very friendly Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience!

Lived here in a room for 6 people. Although room and service were good, shower and toilet were not clean. There were no mirrors in room and in bathroom and toilet lightning was bad. Nevertheless the room was clean and if you just need to have a bad to sleep, it`s ok

I had originally booked a bed at the Ars Hostel nearby, but on arrival they told me the bed wasn't available and that they had booked a bed for me here instead. The dorm I stayed in housed a polish junkie, who was loud, smelly and annoying. When I complained about this in the morning it turned out that he'd...

Booked 3 nights here. Put us in a dorm when we booked a private room. Told us no one else would stay in the room. Returned the next day to find all our stuff in a blanket out back with other people in our room. They'd taken another booking and took it upon themselves to remove or belongings and leave...

We booked a private room but got one with bunk beds (8 beds). To be fair, we had the room to ourselves, but the booking was wrong nonetheless. Also, the beds were very hard, the mattresses very worn and the linen.. Well, it could have been washed and clean that day, it might have not been. I see other reviewers...

Tried booking this hostel through hostelworld then emailed the hostel twice to ask if they had received the booking as had no response. After no luck with hearing from the emails, I phoned and they said that, yes, I have the booking! When I arrived they had no idea who I was or what my booking was - I should...

“Can't say anything about the apartments/private rooms, but avoid the ones with bunk beds. Terrible noise from main street right outside the window early in the morning.”
