Really charming hotel in perfect location with friendly, accommodating staff. You couldn't ask for a better location within steps of the Florian gate and two blocks from the market square. My room on the third floor was enormous, with no windows but two large skylights...More

Perfect location. Crawling distance to the shops, bars, restaurants & 5 mins from the main square. Good rooms & good continental breakfast. Staff were friendly. I've already recommended this hotel to a friend that is visiting soon.

Room 117 is really an apartment but appropriate for royalty. In fact, royalty stay in this suite when they come to Krakow. Four rooms that are completely modernized but still old world. The only place will ever stay if we return to Krakow.
