Very enjoyable relaxing break.
Check in was very quick and all receptionist were very helpful and pleasant.

Yes. The did have tea and coffee making as well as bottled water. You can coordinate tours for both salt mines and auschwitz through the front desk. Front desk staff was very helpful. You can easily take bus to center of town to markets and such. There is a large mall in walking distance.
