Basic but for the price we were so happy. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, shower powerful and hot. We stayed in the twin room off the courtyard 4 nights and it was very quiet. Good amenities in room, only missed a TV but it was a budget room so understandable. Despite being budget they had thought about everything else and there was ironing board, hairdryer, tea coffee facilities etc. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful! The location is brilliant. Round the corner from the hub of the Jewish district and easy walking distance (literally a straight line) to the old town 15 mins. There is a 24hr carrefour on the same street which is handy. Pleasantly surprised and would book again!

Stayed for three nights ,had room at front if visited again would ask for room at back ,due to hearing loud people passing through the night from outside due to us needing the window open .this was not the hotels fault . Rooms had kettle in them and mugs spoons plates glasses .no fridge Clean friendly hotel , breakfast adequate with hot and cold selections and served up to 11am .hairdryer supplied on request ,taxi can be arranged through hotel to take you to airport .very close to restaurants ,great Greek restaurant next door

We stayed for 2 days on 15th January. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area of the Jewish quarter. The rooms were modern very clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and check in was quick and simple with lifts to the floors. Breakfast was simple and plentiful. We will stay here again and I can highly recommend this place to stay.

This hotel has a rustic look. Furnishings look rustic, but overall not a bad stay. We booked one double and two triple room, beds and rooms were clean, facilities overall good. It was a pleasant and good breakfast. Internet is not good but then again internet is bad all over Krakow. Hotel Staff is always on hand to help us or assist us if we needed anything; I commend even the girl that worked only a week at Residence Tournet and still tried to assist us as much as we could. Thank you.
