I've just got back from a 4 day break in Poland and stayed in this hotel for the duration. The hotel is nice and clean and in a perfect location to visit auschwitz as it's directly across the road. The room was pretty small and there are no tea making facilities, the beds were pretty comfortable although the curtains were...

You cannot have a better location for an hotel to visit auschwitz. The rooms were ordinary and the beds should be replaced with more modern ones. One of our rooms smelled smoke even if it was a non smoker room. The breakfast was very good. It is still a good value for the money.

Came to visit Auschwitz to see famous concentration camp. Great hotel. Clean rooms, location is perfect if you are visiting memorial. Restaurant has great food with very affordable pricing. Stayed with family 2adults+2kids. Big and well presented room. We travelled 13h by car here and arrived 2h early (didn't count time difference). We were allowed to check in early after...

While the location is ideal for visiting Auschwitz, at the same time this hotel is right across the street from the camp. Literally, you can look out your window and into the camp. This made me very anxious and wary. I was also taken aback by the juxtaposition of the hotel and restaurant with the barbed wire of the camp...

This is the second time that I've had the pleasure of staying at this property. After a small misunderstanding about my needs of being on a lower floor, everything was perfect. The staff is kind and accommodating, it is air conditioned and my room was spotless. I look forward to my next opportunity to visit.

Hotel was new, clean and comfortable. Beds were great. The friendly staff was a plus. Breakfast was just ok, bad instant coffee! Across the street from Auschwitz which made for a restless sleep. Good for families. Would be great if they offered tea and coffee in the rooms or in the lobby. No fuss place. Convenient parking in their lot....

On arrival there was no smile, no hello, no welcome, I felt like I was imposing on them. We got all the paper work sorted out, I asked for a town map or any tourist information and they had none, that was the end of that conversation. I asked about the restaurant but they had no Info on that either...

Can't fault this place. Efficient service and staff, clean, value for money, good wifi and excellent location. Breakfast selection is really good and the hotel has air conditioning. Auschwitz main camp is 1 minute walk away and Birkenau is 25 minutes walk.

A very clean hotel near the Auschwitz museum. Very good food indeed that's what I remember the most, plus friendly stuff. It's a good hotel in the City which I recommend in anyone who wants to see the museum. I was there 2013 not 2015 but we had a lovely time with my husband.
