2nd stay in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing is to much trouble. Very clean, quiet night in lovely room. Made us a packed breakfast as we had a very early start. Restaurant modern polish, very tasty.

Checking in took quite a while...appeared to be short staffed. The room was very old fashioned and somewhat claustrophobic with the window being small and tucked into one corner......certainly not condusive to spending time in ..other than sleeping. Two very narrow single beds also not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was fine but the place won't suit everyone...just not a fun... More

We have just recently stayed at the Hotel St Bruno and we are very pleased with the rooms, facilities and breakfast. We were 2 couples travelling with a 2 1/12 and a 12 yo. The hotel offers a nice Spa with Sauna and a very large swimming pool/jacuzzi Among the facilities, they had a whisky bar, playroom and a nice... More

Hotel looks amazing from the outside. Yet, when we entered we encountered staircase flooded with water and a plumber fixing a pool. The pool was available the next day, but jacuzzi was not. We got the rooms in a part called Old Manor - good size, but on the ground floor. The hotel is not separated from the street, so... More

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with our tour group. I believe it was an old renovated teutonic castle. Tastefully furnished this place was very cosy. A nice restaurant was attached to the hotel. The food was well presented and the staff was polite and professional. Across from the hotel was a large park with exercise equipment in it.... More

I came here unexpectedly, and according to Booking.com there was a room available for 3 days. 10 minutes later it was full (not sure whose fault), except for one Superior Room for 555 Polish zloty/day, which is even in the Netherlands a LOT for a 4-star hotel. But ok, I had a long trip, I took it. The room had... More

This hotel reminds me of cosy home stay accommodation. The rooms are quite small but have everything one requires, the bathroom is a good size and there is plenty of room to place travel bags. It is an interesting place to explore. The reception is in the basement level and rooms are above it. One small elevator can assist or... More

Excellent localisation. Good no bad service. Nice small town but a bit crowded and noisy during summer season. Should visit: Pressure Tower - nice bar and view from the top, moving bridge near the hotel, Fort Boyen - impressive fortification and lots round of Gizycko By the way: watch for time table open/closed bridge by the hotel, if you will... I stayed in this hotel in 2013 October. Double room with en-suite. TV, free WiFi and parking. Price for room average but small swimming pool and sauna included. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Weather was great - Indian Summer or rather Polish Gold Autumn. Nice memories. Thank you

I was expecting to stay in an old castle but was in the newer area, facing the park, so didn't really get that feeling. Very classy. Really enjoyed the decor in the dining room, especially the variety of fabrics on the chairs. The food was quite good. Slept well & would stay there again.
