We stayed in a one bed room apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The heating was perfect for the weather. The cleaning and changing of towels was also on time and without any issues. The staff at the reception was very cooperative. The location surely deserves a 10/10. It a accessible on foot from the main attractions...

This is my 4th trip to Prague so I know what I am talking about when I say that Prague Apartment Hotel in Wancelas sq is the best hotel in town. Right on the very city centre, by a metro/subway station where they have a large supermarket and other handy shops a few steps away from the hotel. I stayed...

We were a family of three going to Prague for the Christmas Markets. Although the location is perfect, right in the middle of Wensalas Square, there are some issues. We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment complete with kitchenette, full cooker and oven, dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom. The heating was a little short of what could...

This place is not what it seems from the photos on the booking site at all. We feel completely ripped off! We checked in late evening and based on the check in process we had a feeling things were going to be bad. Our apartment was located 2 doors down and as soon as we got on the elevator we...

Nice and comfy stay - was there with 8 guys in a 4 room apartment which is suited for 10 persons. It is clean and simply. The kitchen had everything you needed (ceramic glass cooktop with 2 pans and 2 pots but without an oven!) dishwasher and refrigerator, toaster. Also a washing machine and a microwave. It is the most...

This hotel is a complete con, the photos on booking.com are the complete opposite of what you are booking. Wee stains over all bedding, smelly, filthy & dark. When asked for a full refund due to disgusting state of the second room offered, we were told no! We've had to pay for a second apartment to stay at and currently have a...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
