I just came back from my first trip to Prague and loved it all, specially the hotel. Location is excellent,as most attractions are very close by. The staff is kind and very helpful, bet you'll fall in love with Gabriela,a true czech beauty, always ready to help, and the best part, with a stunning smile. Next time i go to Prague,i know where i'm staying.

Got stuck in a way street on our way there, and the hotel staff came out to drive the car to he hotel! Once in, we had. Great experience. Service top-notch, location could not be better, food pretty average though. All recommendations from staff were great too. Very, very good!

On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and sat us down with a map, made sure we were familiar with our surroundings and gave helpful tips of where to go. This is a charming, intimate, well placed hotel and we would be happy to stay here again

This little 3-star-hotel has 3 distinct advantages: perfect location in the old town, parking availability and exceptionally charming staff who will help you whenever they can. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean. Anytime again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Red Chair Hotel. The location is superb, located in a quiet side street in the middle of the old town. The rooms are very clean and the best about the hotel is the staff. They have made everything to make us feel welcome and have given excellent tips for food and drinks or...

My mother, my daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a few days after Christmas. It is ideally located on a quiet street only steps away from the Charles Bridge and an easy walk to Old Town Square. The property is a 15th century building and as such cannot house an elevator, so the walk up to the higher...

Charming hotel, perfectly located, steps from Old Town, New Town and Prague Castle, on a quiet cobblestone street. I knew I'd like the place when we rolled up and the desk clerk was only too happy to give us the lay of the land, including her own personal tips on where to eat, and everything we needed to know about...

Stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Nobody wants a lousy holiday. What differentiates this hotel is the people factor. The 24 hours reception provides excellent services, unfailingly provides useful intelligence and advices with patience. Also the staff endeavor to book excursion off Prague (Cesky Krumlov) for me despite last minute notice. Great service. Will return back to this hotel....

My husband and I stayed at the Red Chair Inn during the Prague leg of our honeymoon. We could not have been more happy with the location, the room, and, most importantly, the service. Premysl was the most accomodating host we have ever met. From the minute we arrived, he made us feel at home. It was our first time...

The staff were very warm and friendly, and most helpful in making dinner recommendations, etc. We had requested a taxi to meet us at the station. Our train was quite late (about 30-45 minutes), but they had the driver to wait for us. On check-out, we had to leave before the breakfast hour, but the staff still provided us with...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
