We stayed the week before Easter and had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Whilst a little out of the centre, access to all parts of Prague was a short Tram trip away, only 15 minutes to get to the other side of the city. We had...

The hotel seems very old but it is new it seems it has been and old place like factory and refurbished it is very convenient and during my staying it was very cold and heating system was not very good its little frightening due to light system in corridors. nice breakfast and it far away from city center, not fitness...

Worst hotel of my life. Defenintly not a 4 stars hotel , maximum 2 ,don't look at the photos. Terrible and very unfriendly stuff , expecially the director, any idea how to work in hospitality. Very dirty everywhere , low prices food and poor fornitures in our room, basicly empty. Just got stressed in that place. Still cannot believe how...

Family holiday in Prague in July 2016 was great. We felt the warm welcome after tiring travel by most staff with particular mention of Katka. She was amazing. Peaceful stay with one issue of location of the hotel which is far but commutable from the city centre.

In the room that I was given, the furniture and everything in the room looked poor, made of low quality materials, which were ripped in some spots. It looked like a 2-star, second hand hotel. The mattresses were thin and I could fill the hardness of the bad under me. But the worse thing is that in the room was...

Thank you for your logistical help with the trams and your polite manner! You have made...

The hotel is a nice place. It's very clean. The staff is kind and polite. The braekfasts are tasty and there are lots of product to choice. The distance from hotel to city centre is quite long (about 30 minutes on foot) but near the hotel are the trams and metro.

The staff were lovely especially Martin the guitar and Francesa the breakfast. Our room was on the top floor (4th) and was basic & only 1 spare power point which was in a silly position. I think some rooms were nicer. The twin beds were small (not 3') and the pillows and duvet were synthetic and a bit lumpy but...

We booked our stay with no knowledge of the area at all. When we first arrived at dusk I was a bit nervous since I had 2 kids 11 and 12 and a dog to walk. We got the family room which was perfect very private! The breakfast was perfect. Staff were all excellent and thankfully spoke English. Very entertaining!...
