We stayed here for 3 nights just after Easter – my husband, two teenage daughters and me. We stayed in Room 103 on the ground floor, which was a suite with two bedrooms and a lounge area. We booked as a package through Expedia so it was quite good value. Room – views were on to courtyards but otherwise this...

From location to design to reception to departure the experience was excellent. The bathrooms are beautiful and modern the products divine, the location incomparable with one end of the room overlooking the old town and the other the Charles Bridge. The rooms are the largest I have ever experienced with a drawing room to the left enough to entertain and...

Very wonderful hotel with great service, amazing views and a nice big room! Absolutely loved our beautiful views of the St. Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The room was very spacious with its own mini kitchen. Just the perfect hotel for me and my daughter to end our vacation in Europe. So easy to walk to everything. Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff, lovely spacious and clean room, beautiful hotel and well located. Breakfast was good but Hubby sad there was no full English breakfast. Would recommend to others and would definitely go back again. Staff spoke good English, loved the oil pods for the shower and the kitchenette in the cupboard was very cute. Comfortable bed.

Our 3 night stay in the Pachtuv Palace - Prague was fabulous. The location of the Pachtuv Palace is excellent and our room (204) was wonderful. The staff were all very both pleasant and attentive with genuine customer care qualities. Especially Nicky at breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was nice, well kept though a little small. The included breakfast was rather limited (I've had better and more included at a hostel in Prague) with prices for extra items rather high. The staff were very variable in their service, some were fantastic, polite and helpful while others came across as rude and surly - they definitely portrayed an...

We had a fantastic stay! Location and service are excellent and upon our arrival we as well were upgraded to a suite. The hotel premises are grand, just the walk through the courtyard to the rooms made me feel like a royal. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Beds are comfortable and pillows are of plenty. Loved the L'occitane cosmetics...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
