The only good thing about this place is the location,it's on the "Little side" just a short walk away from the Castle and also close to the Charles Bridge. The apartment is furnished in an old-fashioned way and each item has a different style so all in all it looks really weird, but for me it wouldn't be a problem...

P: location close to Charles bridge, amazing building's architecture, quiet location, good WIFI signal, lift in the building, nice furnishing, fully equipped kitchen. C: layers of dust on furnitures and floor, stench of urine from dirty rusty heater in toilet-room, toilet glued to the floor with some poo-looking-like substance, air vents covered with dust, filthy stains on mattresses, unidentified stench...

I traveled to Prague last year and stayed at this place. It's way too much for my expectation. The apartment has living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and dining area. I just love that it make me feel like home. The kitchen is so useful with all the utensil, fridge and microwave. The best part is the location. It's...

Our apartment was very average at best, the whole place had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen and bathroom where dirty. The shower was broken, so you had to hand hold the shower head above you whilst you showered. On one of the bed sheets there was a blood stain. Very little lighting in the apartment as almost every lighting fixture...

This was a great location . We were on foot. Near US Embassy. 100 meters to bridge- dining-atm-dining. Washer in flat with soap. PLENTY of Space. No lift. Third floor. Quiet. We would go back. The key access was a step, but they met us for entry and exit. You must use the key to open the street door so...

I had the pleasure of staying at residence vlasska during my trip to Prague. I was really pleased with the apartment they provided me. Old house in a great locality, 5 min walk from the castle and Charles bridge. The staff was also really friendly and accomodating. The hotel lies close to the american embassy so be sure of an...

These are apartments that are different adress. We were at Vlashka 12.Had nothing to do with the pictures on the site. The apartments are unkempt and scruffy, they had not even bothered to attach curtains and they hung like rags. Sofa bed was broken and sleep the first night was a nightmare. The next day repaired the mattress. Cleanliness in...

Pros: Fairly price. Accomondation is near the centre and all sights easy to reach by feet. But still quiet. Apartements are large and have enough space for 4-5 people. Bath and kitchen is not the newest, but everything is working well and is equipped with all you need. Cons: Dont come by car! Since the appartement is behind the US...

Dishwasher, all the things one needs for cooking, bathtub, a possibility to wash clothes.. All the things one would need for living. The apartment was clean, warm and quite modern....

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
