We have just had a visit to this nice but quirky hotel. The rooms were very different but we could see that from the website. My wife got lost a few times to our room as its a labyrinth or maze in the hotel. The rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities to improve the stay. Must say thanks...

Staff were helpful before my trip and on arrival - really friendly - though no mention was made of the spa on offer (I'd booked ages ago and forgot about it). My room was top of the house with low angled ceilings and lights (ouch) with bath (with only a daft handheld shower head) and sink in bedroom, everything in...

Stayed here at the end of September with my mom. I booked direct and, having read the reviews of transparent/non existent bath doors, asked for a room with more privacy. We were placed in room 004, which was two doors up from the hotel reception. We liked the room very much, it was very private. We felt as if we...

I stayed at this hotel September ,2013. Location is great, very close to Prague castle and Charles Bridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave us directions daily and even looked up a train schedule for us! The room was very clean and quite large, and also had a safe. The breakfast is included and had a variety...

I have to commend Misha, the receptionist, who was wonderful during my stay. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (more on that later). The hotel is well-located, a stone's throw from the castle and beautifully designed. There was lots to explore and the interiors looked very nice. Breakfast was good and they have free, fast and reliable wifi throughout the...

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
