The hotel is ideally located, it is just 2 minute walk to a mall, at the back there were several restaurants , you can even take a shortcut just beside the hotel.. ATM machines in the vicinity are plenty. The room is spacious with classical design like being transported to the old times. There's a lift so for big luggages...

Travelled to Prague and stayed in this hotel last year Nov 2016. Love the place a lot. Welcoming beer drink was great. The hotel room was clean and tidy. the bedframe is of vintage type. Only thing matter is the mattress and pillows were of softer types. The restaurant was busy during evening hours as the restaurant serves beer too....

Was here for a quick pint but the beer was so good I stayed for a few more! I had the ghoulash with dumplings and it was fantastic. Service was prompt and the atmosphere was good. Check it out if your are in Prague!

This place is amazing!!!! From enormous rooms, excellent food and it's own brewery, I honestly couldn't fault this place. It is located right in the centre between old town and new town so everything is within short walking distance. 3 min walk away from the underground. On arrival you get a free beer (house brew...gorgeous!!!) and the receptionist will sit...

Had a quick dinner on a saturday evening, only main. Nice big and busy restaurant, the food was really good but small in portion. They could provide some more attention tough. I was given a non english menu and had to ask for an english one

Good size room, comfortable bed and a good location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room included breakfast which was served in the restaurant on the first floor. It was quite good and the best yogurt I have ever tasted. I would stay here again when I return to Prague.

Went here for a quick beer. We had to walk through several rooms and floors to find a table. It took the waiter a while to get to our table and longer to get our beers. We also ordered food, which wasn't all that great nor worth the money. Overall not a good experience. There are plenty of other bars...

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with THE MOST comfortable bed, great beer. Very good value for money. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located hotel, without being right in the middle of town.

Me and my partner decided to go here for dinner as the it looked very nice. We walked in and there was nobody to greet us or ask for a table. We waited about 5 minutes and was ignored by a waiter twice, so we decided to go up to the bar man and ask for a table. He told...

Location of the hotel is excellent! Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby and is within easy walking distance of all the main sights. We were extremely pleased with our room. Bed was huge as was the room itself. Room and bathroom were both very clean and of great standard. Beer toiletries were a nice touch. Surprisingly quiet considering it...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

The Hotel U Medvidku Brewery is the only hotel with a brewery in Prague. A former medieval brewery was converted into a three-star hotel with 43 unique rooms. The Hotel U Medvidku Brewery is situated in a 15th century house, and original historical components, such as Gothic trusses and painted timber ceilings, have been preserved in some rooms. The hotel includes a traditional Prague pub with typical Czech cuisine, a beer bar with a wide selection of Czech beer, shop offering beer and brewery souvenirs and a congress hall. The mini-brewery is biggest attraction for our guests. It makes the STRONGEST BEER in the world, XBEER-33, using historical technology.
