I can confirm it is within easy walking to tram stops. However it is only 20 mins walk to Weceslas Sqaure--As far as I remember the hotel is non smoking. The sleeping situation is easy-- I didn,t hear a thing ..and I,m a light sleeper. Hope it helps. Dave H
