This was a lovely traditional hotel with great character. We had a 'suite' which was a bedroom, living room, dressing area and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom was a little dated but very clean and functional. The hotel was in a superb location for the old town which is where we spent most of our time in the evenings. Felt very...

This lovely hotel is situated five minutes from the beautiful Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. We stayed for three nights over Xmas and loved every second of it! Considering we were so close to the main attractions , hustle and bustle , the quaint street where the hotel is was so peaceful day and night. The rooms are basic...

Booked this hotel for 3 nights on a weekend away, could not have been happier. Very nice rooms and the people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a mixture of all the norms but the pastries were very nice. Huge selection of teas that you brew yourself. Close to old Prague center a restaurant that...

Stayed at this hotel as part of my study abroad in Prague. You can see by the pictures that the decor and rooms are quite authentic. What you can't tell from the photos is that the staff is great, breakfast is better than most I've experienced in Europe, and the location can't be beat. The staff arranged for our taxi...

Betlem Club is close to everything but just a block away from the noise and crowds. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the hotel offers single rooms which is nice when you are traveling with a friend but would like a bit of privacy. The downstairs lobby has a parlour which is pretty much taken over by old couches so...

The location is ideal, it is a short walk from the Charles Bridge & The Old Town Square. There are plenty of restaurants / bars nearby Staff were friendly & Helpful. We had a late flight, they kept our bags in storage for us. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice The pillows weren't great but overall the hotel was good

A cozy little hotel a short walk away from everything in Prague. A bit difficult to find, atleast for me, but that might be because Old Prague is a bit confusing. Nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a single room on the top floor with a skylight; it was cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the wi-fi was solid. Breakfast in the cellar was good although a little crowded (my fault for waking up so late). The location is great and it's very quiet at night. Would have stayed longer if...

This hotel has air conditioning & it was very hot when we were in Prague. After a night in a different apartment without a/c with windows open, we moved here. It also has an elevator & was very quiet because of multiple pane windows. Heaven after a sleepless night the night before due to hearing the roving bands of people...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
