Our room happened to be in their annex building and does not look anything like the pictures here. At first I,was disappointed, but then was completely turned around by the service from the hotel staff. The room was very large and that was nice. The furniture was slightly outdated, but in Prague, I found out nothing is as luxurious as...

Perfect location for all the Prague sites, and right on the Charles bridge. The food for breakfast was lovely but I would really recommend eating...

Stayed in the dependence (annex) for 3 nights in January on the 3rd floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bright and spacious. The bathroom had a corner bath and shower combination, which had the unfortunate effect of flooding the floor due to the lack of a shower screen or curtain. This was the only...

Me and my girlfriend visited this hotel during February 2016. As soon as we had made the booking, we had polite correspondence (in perfect English) from several of the staff offering well priced airport transfers and confirming our details etc. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and the staff explained clearly and in detail the public transport network (trams...

We found Pod Vezi to be the perfect base for exploring Prague. It's location is brilliant - right next to the Charles Bridge, 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and an easy tram ride up to the castle complex. Our room was in the annex building, a few yards from the main building. It was large, clean and comfortable...

To clear all doubts let’s say that this is a solid four star hotel. Good sized rooms (we had the deluxe), good breakfast and very good dinner, which they offer at a discount 10% for guest. Nice treats to be found in the room every evening and very good cleaning and attention to details. Flawless pick up and drop off...

The room was very clean and bright. There were chocolates and bottled water awaiting. The lobby was dark but the room itself was very cheerful. The air-conditioning was excellent The staff spoke excellent English. The hotel sign was a little hard to find, but the location was convenient near the Charles bridge. the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Stayed here for three nights at the end of January. .. we arranged an airport pick up straight to the hotel for approximately £15 which was great value for the efficiency. Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
