Good standard on the room and a large breakfastbuffé is included. A hotel with history from 16th century. Nice personal. A short walking distance to shopping and activities. Would return to stay here again!

May be the room looks better in the pictures than in reality. Breakfast is good enough. Location excellent with very good restaurants in the area. May be the curtains should be thicker to avoid the light from the street to come in.

We had a great experience while Living in Waldstein hotel. Especially the staff was very helpfull, whenever we needed it. We were moved to a nicer room by the regular receptionist, Alena, who was also very helpful with directions around town. All in all a pleasant stay.

This was a very pleasant hotel, in a sort of cul-de-sac, which made for a nice, quiet stay. There was always someone at the desk (who was willing to get ice for me, the irritating American, something of an ordeal). The room we had was off a lovely ivy-draped, 3-story courtyard, & because the building is clearly quite old, there...

We stayed in the Rabbi Löew deluxe apartement. It was big and had a nice ambience and a nice view over the castle. There was a kettle and some tea and coffee. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. The hotel has a great location and it is easy to walk to both the castle and the old...

The location of the hotel is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the hustle & bustle of Charles Bridge yet the little square in which the hotel is situated is very quiet. We booked as a couple requesting separate rooms but we were placed in two completely different areas of the hotel. There are rooms in a courtyard outside...

This is a splendid hotel for a city trip. It is close to the Metro (to/from the airport), and close to the city highlights. The personnel is very friendly, the rooms are fine and the breakfast is good.

Great location close to St.Vitus, Charles bridge etc. We stayed in a deluxe familyroom, which in fact was a big apartement. Old style, very nice and cozy. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Many great restaurants very close to the hotel.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
