Our room was very nice. The meals at hotel were lovely and 20% off for guests. Our first meal here was so good we came back again the next night. Breakfast was solid with a good menu (Eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, dry cereal, meat and cheese and croissants and breakfast cakes). . I would definitely stay here again. It's near...

The hotel has the luxury of being close to everything but away from the crowds.I had a wonderful view of the Charles Bridge from my room which was lovely to wake up to and watch the sun go down on. This made the room very quiet. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and always have a smile to welcome...

Fantastic location and great staff. Our first room was not to our taste but was clean and nothing wrong other than it was our 1st time to Prague and we wanted a view of river. We asked at reception and was moved immediately. The meals at hotel were lovely and 20% off for guests. Nothing was too much for staff....

Please stay here when you go to Praha. The staff was very nice, helpful and informative; they can book many excursions, and arrange for the transportation from the hotel. The room and the bathroom were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was included and was good. We stayed here for 8 nights, and never had any problems. The location is perfect,...

I real want to rate this hotel well but feel I have to take marks off for the hard bed ( I had back ache for 2 days) and the appalling pillows. Even when I asked for another one it didn't improve?I know this probably a contentintal thing but pillows are my bugbare in hotels in any country! That said...

If your looking for a central location with lovely rooms and an incredibly quiet location, this is the hotel for you. Returned yesterday after a week-end in this lovely city and the hotel just couldn't have been better. Hope to return in the summer,

a lovely Boutique hotel in a near perfect location for sight seeing Prague. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extremely good with a wide variety of options. Although the hotel is an older style it is still very comfortable and clean. Our two room suite overlooked the courtyard so was quiet. Good WiFi. The restaurant, on the...

What a wonderful experience this hotel provides! From the moment we were picked up from the train station (a service set up through the hotel), we were treated with hospitality! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple room, which was quite spacious and had a dresser, armoire, foyer, and bathroom with a full bath...

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
