The cleaning lady stole/threw away my brand new clothes from the hotelroom. I did not get a refund or any excuse at all. They claimed that they did not have proof that I brought the clothes up to the room. Basically they called me a liar! Bad customer service!! The breakfast at the hotel were too expencive! Only positive thing...

We happened to be at this hotel during a heat wave in July. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is the style build around a large atrium and the cooling system could not keep up in the public areas or in our room. We had an outside room with a nice view of the river. The ATMs...

I was here for the IETF meeting in july 2015. It is, definitely, the best hotel I've ever seen. Very large open spaces, whatever comfort that you can ask for (conditioned air, bar, restaurant, wifi connectivity in every angle of the hotel). It is a 5 star, so if you have much money ti spent, it is absolutely the best...

We came here with Viking after a river cruise. After two days of walking back and forth in to town, I wish we were in a more centrally located hotel. The local neighborhood does not have any restaurants, everything is at least 20-30 minute walk. The room is spacious enough, but does not look like it has had any updates...

Thank you for staying with us at the Hilton Prague Hotel. I was disappointed to learn that the location of our hotel was not that comfortable for you, however please allow me to note that the city centre is easily reachable with public transportation. The hilton hotel itself was excellent, with wonderful staff members. There was a slight problem in allowing smoking area, IT PUT US OFF SO WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT Food was excellent there was also a lot of groups which made the hotel very busy. Breakfast was included for us, and was wonderful. The dinner there the first night, and it wasn't...

Best Hilton in Europe. Very inviting environment. Central to Old Town and all Prague has to offer. Rooms are emaculate, Breakfast is superb and Executive Lounge is outstanding - best I have experienced in Europe.

In general you know what you get when you book a Hilton hotel. The rooms were nice, big and tidy. The staff was helpful and spoke various languages. The building itself is somewhat impressive as soon as you enter it. The breakfast was good and there were many choices. From the hotel you can easily walk into the city center....

Stayed there with the family in July 2015. The hotel itself was excellent, with wonderful staff members and great amenities (had access to the executive lounge, which is one of the nicest we've ever utilized). Stayed here three nights after a Danube River cruise. Large and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet was great with a large variety of choices and the buffet staff was very efficient and professional. The gym was very large for a hotel. The concierge staff was helpful for all requests. The hotel was a 20 minute walk to the old town.

I stayed four nights with my wife and our two teenage boys during the (very hot!) summer. Our room was facing the covered courtyard and looked like any other standard hotel room in a nice hotel.
