Located in the oldest part of the historical city centre, just steps from the monumental Charles Bridge, in the vicinity of the picturesque Old Town Square, in a cobblestone lane free of traffic. The building is a part of medieval monastery complex, still inhabited by the Grey Sisters of Mercy, with the church of St. Bartholomew diligently renovated owing to the funds granted by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales. You will be embraced by historical sights, tourist attractions, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafes of the Old Town of Prague. Our hotel standards are guaranteed by the Czech Hotel Federation. We arrived early and they let us check in early and also let us keep our suitcase in a luggage room when we checked out early as well. Rooms were spacious and workers were friendly. The beds were quite firm but we didn’t mind this. Only con is that the shower head popped off when we used it for the first time and the bathroom tap was very stiff. Location is nearby to everything. Very nice restaurant over the road called the street.

Filip the hotel receptionist was so friendly and helpful what a lovely young man . The hotel was in a great location and very quite . Our room was 427 right opposite the breakfast room . The hotel doesn't have room drinks coffee, tea ect however does have a machine in the lobby to help yourself. The rooms was basic but had everything you needed and they did change towels and clean daily . The modern electronics was new world the doors and lift (elevator) Shower gel was empty but did have hand gel and hairdryer . Would highly recommend

Great hotel with very good location. It is a 5-7 min walk to the old town square, many restaurants, coffee shops etc and to Charles bridge and other tourist attractions. Walkable distance to Wenceslas as well. Spacious, well equipped rooms with 24 hr coffee machine. Room was clean and well done up. Breakfast spread was good as well with lots of options. Can't fault anything.

The Cloister Ann is very well located in Prague Old Town. It is at most 20 minutes walk from the main sites and far closer to the Old Tielen Square and Charles Bridge. Despite this, it is in a quiet street. Rooms are simply furnished and would benefit from an extra plug socket, but other features make it excellent value for money. The staff all speak very good English, among other languages and were always helpful. There is a pleasant lounge with free coffee and an honesty bar. Breakfast was very good, with a really wide range of food and drink including local delicacies.

Just got back here from a two night stay. Had good communication from the hotel beforehand and they provided us with very handy travel details from the airport. We were allowed an early check in, which is always fantastic. Room was clean and spacious. Shower worked well, TV was a bit fragile and did not have many channels. The room was also very warm at times. Beds were ok and the room was quiet most times. Breakfast was very good, multiple options and was a good start to the day. Location was also fantastic. Minutes walk into the main square and lots of great bars and restaurants minutes away. Staff at the hotel were all very nice and accommodating. Would def stay again

I would like to start with a thank you to all the staff, you've changed my view about inns to a good experience. Book this inn hotel blindly because I wanted to be close to the city centre and it was exactly everything I needed and more. All staff members with very good English, very polite and ready to help. I've definitely seen different personalities in them but regardless of appearance they're all trained to a great level of service (unfortunately not hospitality). The lobby area, corridors and room, lobby bathrooms all very clean and neat. Yes the place is old dated but it didn't negatively impact my experience at all. The tea and coffee facilities in the lobby very good and welcoming. You can leave bags behind after check out if your taxi transfer is later in the day - they also help you book the transfers if needed. The room was an excellent size, very comfortable beds, enough space for myself and even 2 people sharing. Bathroom very good size too, hot water and everything needed. My only comment is that I would have preferred a double duvet rather than 2 singles but I didnt think it could be changed so I didn't ask - I managed through the night. Extremely quiet room, you could hear vacuum cleaners in the morning and other people but only if you were awake. Very easy to walk to lots of attractions, amazing location in the old town, safe streets, mini market just round the corner for necessities. I have not had breakfast included as I had other plans each day. A few miniatures for drinks sold at reception for over 18 people. Vending machines if you have cash. Plenty of post cards and maps with information about the city. Reception can advice of things around as well. Good deal for what I've paid, which is a standard room that came with a fridge, and double bed, absolutely amazing. Will come back and encourage everyone to give it a try and come with an open mind.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cloister Inn. The rooms are huge and really comfortable. The hotel is very clean and has free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby which was great after being out in the cold. The furnishings are a bit basic and the carpet could be updated. However, it was very clean and had a great location. There’s two restaurants on the same block that I really enjoyed, Golden Tikka and Stoleti. The value of this hotel for my money was excellent.

Lovely hotel in a great location in a quiet area but easy to walk everywhere. Lovely staff and very clean in all areas. Very large room with huge comfortable bed and shower that worked very well. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Free coffee machine in reception area. WI fi great throughout our stay. Not a great reception on TV and hotel is slightly dated but still can not fault anything else so deserves a 5 star rating. Would definitely recommend.

Really clean hotel with rooms of a really good size. Good breakfasts (v little in the way of cooked options but great choice nonetheless). Staff were really friendly. Location is good - only around 10 mins from Charles Bridge. However it is a 3 star superior but felt a bit like a high quality Travelodge as room was a bit basic That said I would stay here again

Stayed for 4 nights for a solo trip to Prague so location was always going to be important This hotel is probably in the best location in Prague without paying stupid money The rooms are basic, but I had a single room at the back on the top floor, windows opened fully (v important) and it was very quiet save for the kestrels flying past every morning Breakfast ok, acceptable but not brilliant Location perfect, with some good bars and restaurants just a few steps away, Sad man’s Tongue, CP1, Golden Tikka and the Champagneria all visited and recommended and Old Town/ New Town/ Charles Bridge a few minutes away
