This place was the cheapest that I found, it also is horrible and depressing. You don't have internet at the rooms and if you want it you have to pay 3€ for a really slow connection. The bathroom is awful, the toilet, shower and sink are all in one, you can pee while you have a shower. This place looks...

Well placed but the staff is simply the worst ever. Not friendly, not smiling. Simply scandalous. Otherwise the wifi is very expensive and slow, and the rooms are simple. Nothing exceptional. The only good thing is the localisation.

We booked a room for 4 people, but they gave us a really really small room with only three beeds and a camp bed. The 4 beds were sticked together, my head was in the middle of my friends' feet when we slept. Sometimes it was impossible to have a shower due to cold water, no free wifi (except in...

Nothing fancy, rooms were outdated and could have been cleaner but good value for what you pay. Was perfect for 9 men on a weekend drinking holiday. Within walking distance of the main squares and staff were helpful.

As one of my friends said "who ever give this three stars most have taken a bribe". Never stayed in a worse hotel. There was faeces on the tiles on the wall behind the door. Are shower didn't drain away so are feet got a bath as well. The shower head didn't stay on the holder so had to hold...

We were a party of 11, we had 3 rooms (4 singles per room). Awesome experience! What a location! 5 mins from the theatre district and Old Town for sights (river a little further). 10 mins walk from all the night life you might want! Convenient for shops (provisions) and the hotel stocks basics (toothbrushes, toothpaste, grooming and hygiene products,...

Despite the old interior, this hotel is very close to the main train station and it provides a really nice breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the free wifi only available around the reception desk, and you have to pay 3 eur per 24 hrs per device if you want a strong connection in the room. No air conditioner.

My advice is not to stay here. When i got to this hotel i was double booked. The reception dirty and upstairs. When they said i was double booked and wasn't staying there i was glad after my first impression. The location isn't bad close to the train station that is the only thing good about the place

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in all my life, reception grumpy people, breakfast uneatable only nice was orange juice. Rooms are very small and the en-suite is smaller. Location is ok beside train station and 5 minutes walk to city center.

If you're on a budget and need somewhere to stay close to the airport, and within the city, then rid will be fine. The building is really quite dirty to be honest, and don't be expecting much within the rooms but it'll get the job done for the duration of your stay and if you're on a budget like I...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
