I stayed here last week for 4 nights. It was a nice standard hotel. Nothing exceptional. The room was clean but quite small. We had to ask for additional pillows as they only provided one each, however we had to ask twice for them to turn up. The breakfast was interesting. As always in these places there are queues for...

15 minutes walk from the old town square, 5 minutes from Florenc metro, we found the hotel very comfortable and the breakfast standard European Fayre. Only downside was the church bells which rang on the half hour. On the whole enjoyed the stay if a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs.

If you're expecting state of the art and glossy finishes this isn't the hotel for you. If you are looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with a decent continental breakfast at a reasonable price and only a 10-15 min walk away from the centre of town then this is the hotel for you. We stayed in a standard double which...

We booked this hotel with an open mind after reading the reviews . It was clean , warm and welcoming. Yes it's not 4 star , it has some cracked tiles , the carpets are a bit worn , but the beds are huge and comfortable, there are clean sheets and towels everyday , it's in a quieter location but...

We booked a suite room at Bila Labut for 3 nights. We were very pleasantly surprised with the standard of the room for such a good price! The hotel was very easy to find and in an excellent location for walking to everything in Prague and easy access to the metro for travelling to and from the airport. We were...

Stayed here for a few days in November when the Christmas market began. Very good for the money you pay! Rooms are okay and staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is reasonable! About a 10 min walk to the old time square so location was very good! I think I would definitely stay here again if u was to come...

We had a very enjoyable stay here in Prague. The hotel was very good value as it is situated ideally for all visits/shopping/bars/restaurants etc. Some guests seem to have felt the rooms are a little dated but it certainly didn't concern us and they were both clean and tidy. We found the staff to be both helpful and friendly and...

Staff were extremely friendly, room was spotless. Great location. Only issue is you can't regulate the heating. At times it was too warm. We were there from 2nd Feb to 5th Feb 2017. Breakfast could be better.

For the money I paid it was good value. Found Prague to be expensive, like paying £30 for a taxi from the airport. The room was acceptable but don't expect to get much sleep with the church bells ringing all the time. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and could even have a full English. Plenty of things to see...

The hotel is certainly not of a 4* standard but its location is perfect and it is very reasonably priced. It is located in the centre and all attractions are within walking distance. Everyone is polite and helpful but it is not as clean as we expected and the quality of the breakfast provided could be improved

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
