Loved it. Great friendly, unobtrusive staff. Not pretentious or snotty nosed. Beautiful large clean rooms (ours had free mini bar). nice marble bathrooms with heated floors. The hotel offers good taxi service which won't cost you much more than normal taxi (worth it if you fancy a bit of luxury as all the cars are mercedes). The breakfast buffet is...

We went to Le Palais to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We were prepared to pay a bit extra to have a really special time and we were not disappointed. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are very attentive without being "in your face". Although the hotel is out of the centre of town it is a very easy walk,...

We opted for Le Palais based on the reviews given on this site and we were not disappointed! The attentiveness of the staff was refreshing and the hotel decor (especially the bedrooms) was very pleasing to the eye. My friend and I clebrate our Birthdays within a week of each other so this turned out to be a wonderful combined...

A brief but meaningful fling with Le Palais over the weekend has left my husband and I wanting more! For the record, we are well used to luxury hotels both on business and during our leisure time. This hotel is one of the best. From the moment that I reserved the room, I experienced the quality of service I have...

6 of us decided to spend 5 days over the Christmas period in Prague at the Palais hotel. We all had a wonderful stress free time. The hotel staff were so accommodating with nothing too much trouble. The hotel is small and very cosy, perfect for Christmas and was a lovely place to come back to after a long day...

We have just returned from a wonderful Christmas in Prague where we were pampered all the way. Even before we arrived the service at Le Palais was exemplary. The concierge worked overtime booking cultural events, opera, concerts, tours etc. I re-iterate previous user’s comments by saying our sincere thanks to Petra Janouskova, the Resident Manager, Libor Hosek of sales and...

The restaurant has wonderful service by efficient and friendly staff, the menu though a little limited is excellent . The cost is what you would expect in a 5 star hotel although £ 7.00 for a bottle of water is a little steep even by my experience and I try not to think about my bar bill. The rooms are...

My wife and I spent a few days here (having read the reviews). It was our 1st wedding anniversary! The hotel placed complimentary red roses/petals in the room together with a lovely selection of chocolates! Room was spacious with the most luxurious bathroom. I loved the steam room, jacuzzi, aroma shower! I wished we had stayed longer. If you are...

I booked this hotel simply because of the reviews on this website - hence I am leaving mine! This hotel was a short break for myself and my husband and I honestly cannot fine anthing negative to say about it. The rooms are large, the beds are huge and the bathroom was beautiful. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and...
