This hotel is certainly wonderful. Attentive staff, clean, beautiful room, complimentary minibar, extensive breakfast buffet, just tops. Even the marble floor in the bathroom was heated. Its the only place we stayed on this trip where we were greated by name every time we entered the hotel. Probably the only drawback for a tourist is that it is not right...

We were slightly disappointed with this hotel, as we didn't think they delivered a 5 star service. We spent 3 nights in early October, room charge for our Deluxe Room was 240 EURO for 1st night, 260 EURO for 2nd night and 240 EURO for 3rd night. We arrived from Vienna by train and had the hotel car (Mercedes Benz)...

My husband and I loved this hotel. From check in to check out everything was wonderful. We loved the room/suite, comfortable bed, bathroom, view, car and driver and the great service from the people who work there. We liked that the hotel was away from the tourist crowds and had no problem with the distance. We ate at 2 nearby...

This is an excellent hotel and thoroughly deserves its ‘Trip Advisor’ award. Our room was great, really comfortable bed, superb bathroom, very clean. The staff were all ultra friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food and wine was excellent, breakfast was excellent and we had a free mini bar which was a nice touch. We...

I stayed at Le Palais for the sixth time in the last three years and I never had any complaints. The property and the service is high end, the staff is very attendive (e.g. they remember the guests names/ the breakfast service remembers the breakfast wishes from the day before/ when an airport shuttle is arranged, the driver calls the...

We had our wedding at Le Palais and it was a truely romantic & magical experience. We had a party of 52 people and the staff could not have been nicer. The accomodation and service was second to none. The food was not only delicious but works of art.. Saying that the Palais is excellent in every respect is understating...

The whole experience of staying at the Palais was great.....from checking in to checking out. The rooms are luxurious and the mini bar was there awaiting our arrival ! Every member of staff was just lovely including the chambermaid who noticed what wine we liked and left two small bottles and chocolates. The breakfast is a lengthy affair if you...

I took my husband to Prague as a birthday surprise last year and booked the La Palais Suite as a treat, the room was amazing - in fact my husband was speechless which is very rare. Staff were excellent, and it was a highly enjoyable experience. If you are going to Prague dont miss this gem of a hotel.

Le Palais is a lovely if somewhat expensive hotel. We booked it for a special celebration in August. A bit of a walk from the centre about 15mins. and not much too look at on the way. But the centre of Prague is fantastic. The hotel did not have much of a garden which was a bit disappointing, but then...
