Great 2 room apartment, newly renovated bathroom, refrigerator, washing machine, so everything you need for a longer or shorter stay. Reception staff really friendly and serviceminded. We had the transfer arranged by the hotel for a fixed rate and it worked perfekt. It´s locayed just a few minutes walk from the Karlsbridge but still in a calm area. Breakfast not...

We really liked the room, very nice kitchen, bath den, and bedroom. The people in charge were most helpful and kind. The apartment was clean and had a lot of space. But I suggest you take the bus, tram or train to the apartment, it is a lot cheaper. We would stay there again and highly recommend it as a 10!!!

Hungerwall Residence was a great find. The apartment was superb in fact when we arrived we were told we had been upgraded as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay. Location is ideal, close to everything Prague has to offer. The staff were extremely polite and most helpful, taxis were arranged from and to the airport by them....

Very nice suite, with all basic comforts and amenities. Excellent value for your Euro. Super friendly stuff of both the Residence and the cafeteria. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Prague.

Enjoyed the location and super attitude of the lady in the office. She made a very special effort to help us find the right way out of the city when we told her we needed to get to Brno and Vienna for the next locations on our trip.

Cannot recommend the Hunger Wall Residence highly enough - it was perfect for our stay. - Location is great: not in the middle of everything but still close to either walk to most places or to catch a tram to wherever you want. - Suite was exceptionally well fitted out with large bedroom, separate lounge/dining and a reasonable sized kitchen....

First thing - it is a little bit out of the "main' city and away from the action. But if that's no problem - absolutely look into here. Right from when we stepped in and were welcomed by the lovely Lucy (apologies if spelling incorrect) we knew we were on a winner. Quiet, spacious residence, comfortable bed, large bathroom with...

Wonderful room, Lucie was so helpful! We got an upgrade to a bigger room upon arrival. Our heating had a problem but after calling at 9 pm on a bank holiday weekend, she promptly came over and had everything fixed in no time at all! Great coffee downstairs and awesome location overall. We even had a late check out which...

Lovely apartment hotel just across the street from transit stop Újezd LD where you can take the funicular to the top of Petřín Hill. The five of us enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, Café Lounge. Stumbled upon David Cerny's famous Babies on the way back to the hotel along the river.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
