Lovely spacious apartment close to city centre and some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Nice café downstairs from where we had delicious breakfasts from room service - arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Lucy arranged transport to and from airport and was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend a stay here!

This is an excellent appartment, with a very great service. It has a superb price to quality ratio. The location is quite central, 15 min max by foot from Karlov bridge. The attending Cafe Lounge is perfect too!

I am missing the coffee in Cafe Lounge. Will back again for the coffee and warm-hearted staff. Clean and cosy room, well located, far from the crowd but central. Tram stop can be reached within 1 min.

We travelled around Europe for 2 months last year, and I would say this is the best place we've been stayed. The receptionist, Lucy, is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, equipped with washing and drying machine, hair dryer, etc. Kitchen facilities are available. Location is good, close to several bus stations connecting to key scenes in Prague....

Stay in HWR is extremely comfortable, the hotel is very well located, it is possible to walk from the hotel to the old town. Bistro, located in the proximity of the hotel offers great, home-like food. All personal is very accommodating, flexible, eager to please. Parking is available in about 1 km walk, in a safe garage. We will be...

People and their service always matter! Staffs at the residence are friendly and helpful, especially Lucie. She is very kind, polite and sweet. The place is very clean. The location is another plus, walkable distance to most famous sites, and we can enjoy its quietness as well. We definitely recommend this residence to our families and friends.

Excellent place to stay in Prague, we enjoyed really much the residence. Qualified and helpful personnel, Thanks to Lucy, always ready to meet your needs. Residence with suites and mini suites, nice and wide rooms. They are 10 minutes walk from center and from castle, well served by public transport. Good restaurant, try their omelettes! We chose the Hunger Wall Residence based on other reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. The apartment was exactly what we wanted. As perfect as it could be. We were even treated to a bottle of wine and a box of biscuits on New Years Eve by the owners. We would definitely return.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
