I am hotel graduate and upcourse belong from hospitality industry so I see things differently than other guest's. I really want to take a moment to appreciate how beautiful out stay was here in Neonz resort. We went to celebrate my Dad's birthday. We stayed in Villa name RajMahal. Staff was very good & supportive & Satisfied with room cleaning, most important thing food was very delicious and tasty.and they served the food with mask. As staff is soul of any hotel so really want to highlight Pragnesh,Vijay Ganesh and Vinendra. Will to back soon.

The place is located in a very calm and serene area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very welcoming. There are many sports indoors and outdoors which keep you busy. The idea of a splash pool in the room is great for young kids, specially when swimming pools are closed due to covid restrictions. Thefood is very good though they have fixed menus.All together a good package at a reasonable price.

We booked NeonZ club 1BHK Water chalet for 1 night to spend our Holi vacations.
Check in experience was smooth and thn after we were taken to villa allocated to us.
Casablanca themed villa was allocated to us which was on first floor, Villa was spacious and gorgeous and had a good view of water bodies.
Bedroom was neat and clean and properly decorated in theme. Amenities provided in bathroom were decent too.
Due to Long weekend on Holi almost whole resort was sold out and due to that food quality & service was deteriorated. Restaurant capacity was very less compared to crowd and due to that they had to arrange all meals in garden area outside the restaurant in scorching heat. Food was decent.
Buffet spread of Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very less in comparison of other resorts which are in same category and charging the same money.
During our entire stay we missed touch of professionalism in every staff members.

Had a terrible terrible experience on this Diwali 2023 at your resort. We had paid for 2 night stay (56k INR), your so called 5 star accommodation, service, food and cleanliness was so bad, I had to leave on very next morning (around 12-12:30 PM) even without the refund (28k INR for second night stay).
We had lunch on our first afternoon, food was being served on open ground. Since the food was being served in open ground, it's obviously there were flies and Insect on the food too. Restaurant's in door dining was really smelly and less air circulated. Talking about the food, food quality was really bad, only few dishes were served. For the beavaerages there were limited options only (only buttermilk).
Talking about the quality of our rooms and it's luxury, my pillow had some buttermilk stains which was caused by previous customer. Still uncleaned after our check in.
I already had told frontdesk team for our early check-in on the day of our arrival, we still had to wait around 30 minutes when we checked in.
Electricity was going down every 10 minutes, not something I'd expect from my 5 star resort (which is same priced as hotel and resort empire Taj).
When I asked for a refund, they denied our request by saying you've to cancel it before 1 week prior to get full refund. We eventually left the resort on the next day without the refund but just after 30-40 mins of leaving they asked me for my bank details for the refund and it was NEVER credited.
Lastly I'd suggest Charotar resort pvt ltd to star promoting Neonz as 3 star Instead of 5 star resort. 5 star resort is about perfection and satisfaction of the customers. Neither of them was experienced by my family.

The place is ok types to visit. Not worth the amount they charge. There are better properties in their cost available nearby. The rooms were not well maintained. The AC duct cover was hanging. Cob webs were outside the room. Lake was dirty not cleaned as it should have been. The only thing good out there is food. Please do not book water chalet rooms., it would be waste of money. Go for theme based rooms instead and regarding food, do not book rooms including food. Book only room and then have food as per your choice. Booking room with foods restricts your food access to 3-4 items only and ala carte items will be charged extra. Rest about sorroundings is good. People seem to be immature to me and new to hospitality industry.

We stayed at Neonz as a group of 9, including kids. We had two villas booked there - one with an African theme and the other with Moroccan.
While the rooms themselves are quite well done, and the skylights in the rooms are a really pleasant addition adding to the overall feel of the room, the highlight was really the staff. They were generally very helpful, accommodative to our requests, and two of them gave us a detailed tour of the property (parts of which are still under development).
The food at the property was quite good, and in particular we enjoyed the seafood preparations.
On the whole, we had a fun stay between the indoor and outdoor games, good food and great company.

To begin with, Neonz resort is really worth visiting place it have really very very good environment and located in an open place so one can get fresh air. it is suitable for all manners weather you visit with family, friends or with your loved ones(couples). Moreover, children's would love this place a lot the reason behind this is Neonz resort have a small amusement park like few games they organize for children's like paintball and etc also they have a gamezone with number of indoor games for eg. Table tennis, pool table, snooker table, cheese, carrom board and a lot more. Also they do have beautiful rooms to stay in and spend your vacation, rooms have themes of different countries if u would stay a night in particular room it seems like the room is in the country which you have choose and not in Neonz resort Now, I must talk about food nd types of cusines Neonz resort provides to their customers they have both Indian cusine and Oriental cusine also they do have much varieties in appetizers. I have tasted number of appetizers but I loved the most is "oriental cigar" one should must try it, staff is really very kind which can make someone comfortable overthere So, overall I can say if u visit Anand or anywhere else in Anand district you should one day over there in Neonz resort and should spend your quality time

Very well maintained place, hardly see such unique theme properties in nearby locations. Each room category is unique and different so that the USP. Though the Indoor and outdoor games are plenty but its customer duty to maintain and can see people don't care of such things. So request the property owner to have strict policy to maintain the indoor and outdoor games. Also there is lot of hotchpotch during breakfast and dinner time, I guess pls request you to have strict policy to maintain the decorum

It was first to me we planned our business meeting here. The kind of facilities, hospitality and helping nature of all resort staff encouraged me to rate it 5 out of 5.
I would recommend this facility for both personal and professional stay.
Ambience is awesome. It could be seen as little remote from City center but is more than worth to explore.
It is true value for money experience for us.

We went to Neonz for our holiday and to spend some quality time with our family, and Neonz exceeded our expectations in every way. We booked Nyumbani (a room with an African theme), which includes a plunge pool and is an incredible experience. The resort has an Island restaurant with a surrounding Lake & fountains, which is an Instagrammable spot. They served freshly cooked meals. There are so many activities like indoor and outdoor games, which can keep you occupied for the whole day. All thanks to our super hosts Mr. Vijay Parmar (GM), Mr. Pragnesh Patel, Mr. Jiten Desai, and Mr. Nishit Panchal for this amazing experience.
