Currently staying here. Home away from home after hurricane Fiona. Staff is very nice, attentive and kind. Great service, so far everything has been excellent. This hotels is family friendly, and my kids really enjoy it.
We had an excellent time at Hyatt Manati. The pool is warm so you can enjoy it even at night. Great staff and excellent amenities. Would love to be back!!! You will have a few restaurants nearby and even stores to buy anything that you may need.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff. I always stay in this hotel when visiting between San Juan and Arecibo. It's one of the better places to stay as the rooms are modern spacious and always clean. The common areas are also nice, and the complimentary breakfast is always a hit with my traveling guests.
Six of us traveled to Puerto Rico so my 97 years young mom could share her homeland with my 27 years young niece. My mom grew up in Barceloneta so Hyatt Manatí is well situated to visit family in Barceloneta and Hatillo as well as taking in tourist attractions on northern area of the island. Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and responsive; breakfast was good but could use an omelet station - even if there is an additional charge. Thank you. PS: Need better signage to get guests from front door “hotel drop off” to parking lot behind the hotel. My brother-in-law got lost for about an hour trying to get back to hotel.
Had pay for a room with 2beds /sofa ,after checking in discover our room had the carpet wet and a strong citrus smell from the cleaning detergent. After reporting to front desk were move to a room with 1king bed /sofa and informed the next date will be getting the room that we had reserved. Frustrating that after 3 dates received the room and air conditioning was not working.Traveling with 2 kids and one in a wheelchair and had advice the hotel we needed the appropriate room for his comfort and needs. Also when ask the housekeeping person to give us 1 extra towel and ectra for the floor since had the seat in shower was told the hotel only gives 3 towel per room and needed to get an approval.Hyatt personnel never show any concern ask to be move to another Hyatt and claim couldn't do that. They had supervisors but they couldn't make any decisions. When ask for compensation was told they can only give us chocolates and if we need to compliant to contact corporate department. Supposedly the front desk agent was going to email the hotel manager after the 2night stay there 6 days total and was never approach or call by the manager. …
This is a remote area that does not have good access to Uber. We were stranded for two hours and contacted the hotel and requested help and asked if someone could come and they refused! We we very disappointed to be in the customer service!
Hyatt Place Manatí is a great hotel in the center of some many tourist places in the north of Puerto Rico. The property is very clean and have a courtesy and service personal. I recomended for families and couples
Conveniently located about a half hour from San Juan. Plenty of big stores nearby for shopping pleasure. Outlets located within 10 minutes. Casino next door and Plenty of eateries nearby. Smaller beaches with 10 minutes if you don't want the big crowds of San Juan. Super clean and quiet place.
Everything was good the only thing the I don’t like was the breakfast. The breakfast tasted like fake food. I think they have to make more like Puerto Rico taste no like unflavored and fake. The rest of the the hotel was good
Other than the first room assigned, which has a mold problem, it was a very good experience, the staff was very helpful and changed rooms immediately with no problem. I would recommend and expect to have a friend visit there soon. Very good value.
