I visit Kyenjojo recently on a business trip and decided to stay here, I didn't really like my experience, the rooms have no AC, there is no WIFI, my shower tap for cold water was broken so all I could access was the hot water, and when I complained to the staff, they couldn't help me out, I had to... They have the best cool beer in town. Their closing time was a put off though. They close so early when revellers coming. But great staff. Those Banyooro guys at the bar section wow. I didn't taste their cuisine though but I guess its equally the best. The hotel arcthectural design is world cup. Tooro kokasemera

Decent enough hotel. Clean. Great gardens and surrounding areas. Architecture a bit puzzling - too many pillars in the lobby/dining room (perhaps an afterthought during construction). Plumbing problems (no hot waters or taps not working - stayed here twice)

At long last, Kyenjojo has a world class hotel. I arrived late at night, and the manager had to get out of bed to register me. She did all this with a smile. I had a social function to attend the next day, and needed my special clothes ironed. The manager took the clothes and had them ironed and delivered... More

We recently stayed at Tooro Royal cottages for 3 nights on a business trip. We found the rooms to be basic but beautifully clean. The food was good and menu had a lovely variety. Bar was fully stocked and even noticed that they had added wine to the menu. The staff where our favourite part, so friendly and always going... More

When we ordered our dinner in the evening so it took an hour and a half before we got our food served. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water... More

I stayed at the hotel last week with a group of five people. The room was basic but clean and bright. It had curtains (also in the bathroom) and a new mosquito net. I had hot water on both mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant both days, the food was simple but good.

A unique hotel with pleasant grounds. I traveled with a group. The service was very good. The food was excellent with more variety than usual. Not suitable for disabled as all of the rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor! The staircase varies in riser height and width of treads and can... More

“Be sure to physically check the room, before you register, to be sure there is running water. Ask that hot water be delivered to the room so you can have a hot bath, if you need one. This is a very cold part of Uganda, so you will find the cold water very, very cold!”
