Best meal I have had whilst in Srinagar. Would highly recommend to take the “Bhuna Ghost Korma”. The service provided here has been fantastic as well. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the manager Shyam came and welcomed us to the restaurant with utmost professionalism and respect. The service provided throughout the meal was also incredible. We were served by Prince Divedi who ensured throughout the meal that we were satisfied and that the food had met our expectations. This was our last meal in Srinagar and the best meal as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our experience was very awsome. The staff over here are very courteous and they have made our stay most comfortable. The guy from the front desk “Mr. IRFAN” has specially arranged bon fire for my family and it was so amazinf experience. The kitchen staff also have made special jain meal for us and the taste was mouthwatering. It was like home away from home . Over all it was my best experience at chinar.

The main reason for the lowest rating is the bed quality. Of the 4 families of our group, 3 had their beds included lengthwise in both directions. It was really uncomfortable to sleep on such a bed. And if your sleep is spoiled, your whole day gets spoiled. Even contacting reception was of no use as they said most rooms- beds are the same and they don't have a spare bed. So, AVOID this hotel.

The hotel staff is very cooperative and humble. Taira on the front desk made the check in and checkout very easy. Just that the hotel needs to make some arrangements for heaters as the heater provided was not enough to warm the room. Apart from this it was a pleasant winter stay at Chinar Srinagar

Hospitality and services provided by the hotel was excellent! Lovely staff, amazing food, and great hygiene. Upon request, food was prepared despite the buffet served. First ever hotel to give such an experience with exact specifications. Irfan from front desk , and Sameer & Saba from food & beverage department were the most helpful amongst all the staff at the hotel! When in Srinagar, would highly recommend one to plan their stay at this hotel without any hesitation.

Saafar Group Tours and Guidelines stayed 4 Night in Chinan with 42 Guests in October. Every one was very happy and satisfied with hotel and service.
