Beautiful accommodation located in a well maintained and grounds. From walking through the hotel entrance, to around large outdoor pool, lawns and paths - all staff work hard to present this resort in a great condition. Our beach bungalow was clean, with super comfortable beds, a kettle, bar fridge, TV and large separate shower & bath. The buffet breakfast is ample, with western and Indonesian cold & hot dishes served. Poolside is great with sun lounges & towels provided. For couples, go and check out the separate pool area & cabana behind the main pool. This is a bit more private and relaxing.
We enjoyed the dinner buffet once and then decided to walk out 200-300m down the road to eat at Mollys, Verve Beach Club and Nuff Said eateries which proved excellent food & service if you want a change from a buffet meal each evening.
Yes, some furniture in the rooms may appear dated, but overall this was an excellent 5 night stay. A taxi ride to Senggigi town should cost no more than 3,000 RP (Bluebird), so venture out and hire a scooter for the day to get out and about to other areas. This was a good location & value for money relaxing stay.

The Holiday Resort Hotel is a disaster, although it is architecturally very beautiful and the location is very nice, the staff destroys everything. There are dead cockroaches everywhere and live ones in the wardrobe and bathroom. The staff did not respond to the request to replace the insect screens in the bathroom. The safe only works occasionally, sometimes the code works and sometimes not. Rooms were not ready at the time indicated as the air conditioning was being repaired.... Breakfast .... a lot but of poor quality. Coffee was the worst we have ever been served, melon and papaya is basically cut with onion knife and tasted like onions.There is little trained staff only trainees. Pasta has undefined hard pieces in it and the rest of the food tasted undefinable and rancid like old fat. ( Prices were more expensive than in the 5* hotel next door). Rubbish littered all over the place. The worst thing, however, was that the Muslim male staff had apparently never seen women play tennis, otherwise it is not explainable why we were ogled like monkeys. Also, the staff's eyes fall out when you walk from the sunbed to the pool as a woman in a bikini! Very questionable is the fact that they have received an award for sustainability. 1. plastic bottles and no possibility to refill them. 2. only small drink bottles are sold, which creates a lot of rubbish. 3. in the room you can either switch on no lamp or all of them, individually it is not possible, also you can only charge your mobile phone when all lamps are on. 3. sockets fall out of the walls when you plug them in. 4. the gym has no light and a non-functioning air-conditioning system, 5. the carpet is extremely dirty. Last but not least, every room is very noisy, if the neighbour has a Bali belly you can hear it live, as well as all the other activities in the hotel room ... All in all, the lowest category and please train your staff!

Holiday Resort Lombok is definitely the best choice for a holiday with friends in the Senggigi area. The calm atmosphere with a beautiful view immediately makes us feel relaxed. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.
We enjoy a variety of amenities, such as a spacious swimming pool and a white sandy beach that is ideal for relaxation and play. The restaurant is also amazing, with a delicious menu selection and a breathtaking sea view.

We stayed at the holiday resort for 5 nights in August, in one of the garden chalets. On arrival first impressions were good with a nice reception area, friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Our room, as other reviews have mentioned was quite tired and dated, however it was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked. The pool and pool area was large and clean but unfortunately not enough sunbeds, following advice from other guests on our 'pool days' I did something that iv never done before, and put our towels out to reserve by 7am. The included buffet breakfast was decent with a wide verity of things to try. Other than breakfast we only ate at the hotel a few times, ordering from the pool bar menu and the food was good and very reasonably priced, cocktails are amazing and very cheap! During our stay we booked a day trip to the Gili islands through the hotel and I cannot recommend this enough, amazing! The hotel location feels a little remote however its a short walk on the beach to other bars and hotels and a very short, cheap taxi to the town with more bars and restaurants.

Lombok is beautiful and so the location is great as the resort is on the beach and facing toward the Bali volcanoes, which seem to rise from the sea. The rooms are spacious and the gardens are well kept, attracting many animal visitors. The buildings are less well looked after and despite asking 3 times for our bathrooms to be cleaned properly they still remained dirty and dusty - it feels like the rooms have not been deep cleaned for a long time. There are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms so it constantly feels dark. WiFi is weak and not strong enough to stream anything successfully. Food was average at best and the coffee was terrible. The staff seemed pretty overwhelmed especially at breakfast, with the most simple requests being forgotten or misunderstood. We loved Lombok though, found some good local restaurants and had a great time there.

Holiday Resort Lombok is a good choice to spend holiday time and unwind. As the name suggests, this place has a resort concept where the rooms are made like a really homie halfway house. This concept provides a "feels like home" experience, making our holiday even more relaxing and memorable.
With this concept, it is also very family friendly because there are lots of attractions that can be done with the family. Plus the facilities here are very complete to support these activities. A large and spacious swimming pool, bar/lounge, gym, bicycles and many other really good facilities. The private beach which is directly accessible to guests is an experience that cannot be missed, because here it has the best sunset with a view of Mount Agung.
Basically, staying here is really stress-free because apart from healing, the location is also strategic. You can still reach the minimarket so you don't need to bother if you want to have snacks or buy things that are urgent. But don't worry, if for example you don't have time to go to the minimarket for snacks, the restaurant also provides really delicious food, you know. And here the employees are really helpful if for example we need something. So staying here with the facilities and services is truly the definition of a holiday because you don't think about any other burdens and really enjoy your holiday time.

Stayed from tgl 5 - 7 July 2024, in the Ocean View Room, the connecting room + extra bed, check in around 16:00 WITA, served very well by the FO officer (efficient/fast check-in process), then assisted by the nice/friendly hotel staff to bring our goods, as soon as the room, the extra bed has been arranged neatly, the room is also spacious, clean & comfortable, the bathroom clean and the water is also fresh. The atmosphere of the rooms is very comfortable, open door directly sea views & sunny bule-bule on the edge of the pool. Oya, this hotel also has some kind of private beach, so our kids are comfortable enjoying playing water on the beach. Dinner, we try the buffet menu at the hotel, the sate is delicious, especially the cow & goat sate.... For breakfast, the menu is quite varied (chicken grain, soto, bakso, rice, varieties of cakes/bread, etc), the service is also good. Sunday morning before the check-out, the baby rides a pony around the hotel. On Saturdays, the children participated in the activities of launching Tukik/child turtles into the sea, an experience that will not be forgotten, unfortunately the certificate for the activities of tsb we have not received and we also forgot to ask when check out. We've asked the hotel marketing (Dina's mother) to help send us the tsb certificate, hopefully we'll receive it soon. Very impressive set up - pools are lovely and look out to the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Too big for my liking though and therefore lacks the personal touch like a boutique hotel. Strange for a resort like this with the prices that only cheap body wash and shampoo is provided in the rooms and not much of it. The food is not that great (bbq in particular very disappointing) and very overpriced. The drinks are a massive rip-off - paid £26 for four drinks (two for kids) and a dessert! Wouldn’t go back but I can see why a lot of people would like it.

We have the breakfast included which is buffet style. We stayed at Holiday Resort for 10 days & there are a lot of breakfast options.
We moved to another 4 star hotel to meet friends & stayed for 4 nights, the buffet breakfast was limited & nowhere near the quality of Holiday Resort
We usually have an afternoon snack before happy hour 5pm to 7pm, highly recommend the spring rolls (lumpia) and samosas, servings are 4 pieces, so easy for a family to get a couple of serves and share.
We eat locally, NUF Said, Verve & Sakak Warung, all walking distance alternating between 1 night local & 1 night out in Senggigi.
I hope this information is helpful.
