We spent four nights at the Jeeva Klui and were completely delighted. Although it is located right on the coastal road, the hotel is an oasis of calm. In the suites with a sea view or limited sea view, there was absolutely no traffic noise to be heard - only the sound of the sea. The beach is cleaned daily and, when it is not low tide, is also suitable for swimming. Snorkeling is also possible, you can see lots of reef fish and, with a bit of luck, even turtles (unfortunately there is quite a lot of rubbish in the sea, which is of course not the hotel's fault). We particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the complex (you can always find a shady, quiet spot), the child-friendliness, the great infinity pool, the beautiful sunsets, the very friendly staff and the extensive breakfast. You order a la carte, but you can order as much as you like during breakfast time (approx. 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.). Cappuccinos and fruit juices à discretion are also included. There is also “Tea Time” in the afternoon with a fruit platter and cake and also free coffee and tea.

Absolute gem of a resort. We stayed here for 6 nights (5nights in the ocean view & 1 night in the villa with private pool) both rooms were spectacular. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the team make a thorough effort to keep insects and mosquitos at bay (we didn't have 1 mosquito in the room or balcony in the entire week). They also provide real Lombok coffee in the rooms which i found was a really nice touch.
There restaurant overlooks the infinity pool and sea with plenty of lounge chairs available. The food was delicious at reasonable prices. The grounds are very well kept.
The staff are wonderful! special shout out to Dini, Windri and Komang and the rest of the team whose name i should have written down. They remember your name after your first day and really give the whole experience a personal touch. Dini even went out of her way to get me some Lombok coffee on her day off after i told her how i much i liked it.
There is a onsite gym with some dumb-bells, smith machine, 2 benches, pull up bar and a treadmill, sufficient if you know how to maximise your workouts with basic equipment.
The location is convenient, though don't expect anything to be within walking distance. We used bluebirds to move around, but mopeds or the resorts shuttle are also available. About 10 minute drive to Senggigi and about 25-35 minutes to Mataram.
Was sad to go, but happy knowing that we'll be returning soon!

Where do we begin to describe quite simply our favourite hotel we have ever been to?
We spent a week at Jeeva Klui celebrating our honeymoon/birthday and the staff and hotel setting ensured it was the most relaxing and special week we could ever imagine. From the moment we arrived at the hotel so many staff members, who all seemed to know us by name, ensured our week was full of smiles and kindness. We stayed in a beachfront villa which we would thoroughly recommend for how spacious, comfortable and clean it is, as well as having stunning view of the sunset. The sunset we saw each evening, chilling out on the sofas by the restaurant or on the Villa balcony with Happy Hour cocktails, are now one of our happiest ever memories as a couple. We would never get bored of the incredible colours in the sky and view of Bali’s volcanoes.
We didn’t plan to spend so many evenings just around the resort but the quality of food and friendliness of the staff kept bringing us back. The curries were absolutely delicious and the setting by the beach with beautiful lights was so peaceful. We had a great time on the Wednesday in particular, enjoying some local culture with dancing and music (even braving a bit of dancing ourselves!)
It almost feels wrong to call out specific staff members when literally every member of the Jeeva Klui team was first class but to name a few who we got to know that made our stay so special; - The enthusiastic breakfast team who always welcomed “Jessica, Daniel!!”; Dini, April and Windri - The evening team: Ken (you 100% owe us a visit if you come to see your family in the UK!), Firman and Komang - The reception staff who helped organise Jess’ fantastic birthday: Rahma - The fantastic housekeeping team who made the most beautiful honeymoon and birthday bed displays and were beyond thorough every single day (special shout out to Aditya who also works at the Turtle Conservation Community at Nipah Beach up the road who you must visit to release some baby turtles!)
Don’t ever change Jeeva Klui, we hope to make the long journey back to see you all again one day.

The first half: The staff at the resort were incredible. This includes the chefs team, the housekeeping team and the amazing restaurant staff (Didi, Komong, Ken, Lenny, Firman). You made our stay so memorable. Thank you The second half: Reception staff are incredibly inept. From checking in our room was not ready at 2pm Our shower also did not work. When I said this isn't good enough for paying over 10million IDR she suggested I just stay in the room and not shower until tomorrow. This was booked for our honeymoon. She also didn't believe the shower was broken, so I told her to follow me and showed it. We got a free upgrade the night after (which looking at the rates was about 90% cheaper than my original booking)
Upon checkout the two ladies couldn't find the gowns in the room and made us feel like we stole them. They also did this with our old room key which they found. No apology given. Train your staff. It's not worth a 5*. You can get much better in Lombok

This hotel was beautiful. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely reception staff with a nice cool drink and then escorted to our room. We stayed in an Akash villa room which was definitely worth it. It had a private plunge pool with Loungers and a lovely decked area with a big sofa. Inside was a beautiful big comfy bed a large bathroom with a rainfall shower outside which was stunning. The views of the sea from the resort were amazing and I have never seen more beautiful sunsets! The food had a good variety and breakfast was made special by Dina who was so kind and attentive. We also had the option for room service which was nice if we didn’t want to leave for lunch. Dinner was also impressive and we were looked after by Rial Who was very attentive and kind. We even went to the pearl restaurant at the other jeeva resort in which the hotel take and pick up there free of charge and the food and scenery were gorgeous. Every member of staff at this hotel were kind caring and couldn’t do enough for you. We even had the opportunity to release baby sea turtles into the ocean to start their new life which was so humbling. Very pleasant hotel with good attentive service, reasonable prices, a lovely pool and a stunning view. This was not priced as a top class hotel but we certainly felt it came very close in a number of areas. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Feet in the water, the sunsets are superb. Very comfortable bungalows, very clean. And what a pleasure to sip a cocktail at the restaurant with the sea 30 meters away! The gardens are perfectly maintained, there is always someone raking up some recently fallen leaves. The staff are lovely, special thanks to Leny, Dini, and Ken.

We stayed for four days and the stay was wonderful. Very attentive staff, always making sure you have everything you need, a smile is never missing on their faces. We used to be looked after by Dini and Komang and they are both wonderful. Always with a smile in their face in the morning. They gave us advice on what to see or do, what to eat.... The room was perfect, the cleaning staff was great and very attentive. Every day they prepare the room with mosquito nets and insecticide so that you don't have any problems when sleeping with bugs. In short, an incredible hotel where we would definitely repeat, and hopefully, if we return, we can meet again with Diny Komang, whom we carry in our hearts. Ainhoa y Rafa.

The resort is wonderfully maintained, located right on the beach, with the most wonderful sea view one can have and the best staff I ever met in Indonesia. I love the focus on local culture, the plea for responsible and respectful behaviour , the buildings itself are very harmonious and fit perfectly into the surroundings, the peace and quietness, the tranquility and wonderful hospitality. I enjoyed the Spa 3 times and had excellent massages, facials and treatments. Lina is one of the best massage therapists I have ever met and I highly recommend her to anybody who appreciates top quality and a massage therapist who goes the extra mile. A very young woman named Iuni was giving me a manicure and this was excellent too. Iuni is already very good and will become excellent like Lina in a few more years. Thanks to all of you. I will definitely come again because this is the best resort in Lombok at an affordable price. The staff is very attentive to the welfare of the guests, always smiling and helpful.I took Amra's room where there are 2 rooms, the atmosphere is very comfortable and smells good. Clean and room service is also fast..
I like to eat at the restaurant in front of the pool because the staff is very friendly, the price is reasonable with the service and also the sunset view very wow. u can choose to lay on the chair near beach or sit at the restaurant.
i also can book my cloth to be press/iron and guess what : impress work. never regret. pls come to stay here gaissss

We found the hotel restaurant to be very reasonable in pricing plus of high standard. Service unmatched also. Nearby restaurants will be inside of the other hotels which we felt were similar if not slightly more expensive. Additionally, you would need to drive to these other restaurants. The view from Jeeva Klui’s is top shelf. Hope that helps :)
Yes, you can go hiking in the Keravangan National Park. Entrance fee 100000 IRP is for foreigners and cannot be negotiated. Ver, quiet, lots of butterflies. Steep, slippery. For young people no problem. Take water with you.
