This hotel is a very good budget option only 10 minutes from Senggigi. We’ve stayed here a week in October for MotoGP Mandalika and rode our scooters in to the track. Staff are friendly and polite as usual. Breakfast was very basic but delicious. The pool is fantastic! In partial shade throughout the morning. **NO ALCOHOL AVAILABLE to purchase at this hotel** Only downside was housekeeping were a little slow to replace towels and to provide more toilet paper but always did so on request.

Every staff very helpfull event last night when i was stay there i've lost my phone chatger and they help me by borrowed their charger. Their cafe quite good also. Their pool is great. Ill be back again on my next trip.

A wonderful restful 2 night stay at this quaint hotel. The room was very clean with a very comfy king size bed and good pillows. It has a bar fridge which was very handy and also a kettle for tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi was good and easy to connect. The bathroom was clean with reasonable water pressure and hot water was reliable. Towels were clean and fresh. Swimming pool is large and great to refresh and do laps. Staff were incredibly attentive and were are standby for any requests. The cafe served really good food. Beach is across the road and great for sunset. Only thing this hotel needs is a bit more colour other wise a great stay. All in all good value for money. Thank you to all staff and management I will be back 🙏

My party and I were very disappointed with standard of cleanliness in our rooms and poor facilities we were presented with. We decided not to stay at Diva and checked out of the hotel a few hours after checking in. We were unable to speak to the manager in charge at the time and were told she was unavailable. The property as advertised on booking.com, and the two Diva Suites I booked were not up to standard and did not in any way reflect the images or facilities described. This was extremely disappointing.
The rooms were very tired looking, and one did not have any bedside lamps and the air conditioning unit was not working. The fridges were unclean and had dirt around the edges. There were no complimentary toiletries in one bathroom and all of the bottles were empty. In one room, there were no towels, and only one small bathmat as a hand towel. No coat hangers were provided in the wardrobe space in either room. The sofa’s looked very old and were stained and dirty. The shower screens (glass) were dirty and had not been cleaned, and there were finger prints and grease marks all over the TV. In one of the rooms, the curtains had cigarette burn marks all over them, and the room door did not shut properly and had gaps around the edges.
Since returning to the UK, I have sent three emails to Diva highlighting my concerns and making a complaint, none of which have been acknowledged. I am disgusted that my comments have been ignored and I have been offered no kind of refund, compensation, or a simple apology. I wish for this experience to be known across all review sites and hope it deters other travellers from booking or travelling here.

Very bad experience, this hotel is durty like every room, the breakfast was terrible low quality, first place in Indonesia where was very bad the coffee. The swimming pool was occupied every day from local people that starts the party at 6 am until 22 pm drinking, eating, screaming all day long. No rules in the swimming pool. The boss don't take care about his costumer like his staff, the only nice person was the housekeeper. Go away.

Cute boutique hotel with big rooms. Great pool area. Downside is they do not serve alcohol at restaurant. Positive is the staff are lovely. When I thought I forgot my iPad the staff were gracious in helping me locate it (which is did). Great inexpensive place to stay.
