Stayed here for one night as I was going on a night out with friends.Really nice staff, plenty of parking space and it's clean. The location is perfect.I usually stay at the travel lodge but I will be staying here in the future. The only pain was being woke up by the cockerel at the back when I'd been out drinking the...

The staff were friendly, the room sparse and basic but we were unable to sleep due to other guests in adjacent rooms (several of them) constantly speaking loud (and sometimes shouting) in the corridors and their rooms, playing music loud, swapping rooms and slamming doors. This started just after 11 p.m. and continued until 5,40 a.m. The breakfast was poor...

Although I wasn't happy about being booked 20 mins from the venue I was to perform at, the guest house was very welcoming. My friends and I were greeted warmly by the Manager. The rooms were small, but clean & had the basic amenities. I had a single room, so had to share a bathroom. I'm sorry I didn't ask...

Four of us stayed here for one night to attend a singing competition at the Royal Northern College of Music. The rooms are basic but decent and clean, some with en suites and others with just sinks, the location is quiet and there is ample off road parking. For my morning shower it took a while for the hot water...

I was to work nights at a hospital nearby and booked a single room at this guest house through Booking.com. My first attempt at online payment didn't go through because of a technical glitch, and that gave me an opportunity to book by telephone. The voice at the other end was very professional, and the booking was confirmed instantly. I...

Check-in went smooth..and the wifi worked. On entering the room there was an unpleasant smell (e.g.Bathroom, hospital, care home) but undaunted I opened the windows in the room and bathroom hope it would dissipate (it didn't really). The furnishings (and bathroom) was old and well worn. Before going out in the early evening I showered and quickly realized the water...

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights after being let down by our other accommodation, and we have to say that it was not a bad choice at all! After struggling to find the guest house(we're not good with directions haha) we arrived and AJ greeted us with amazing hospitality and he was very welcoming. So helpful about...

I stayed here Saturday night. I was met by very courteous staff on my arrival. The room fulfilled my needs and the shared bathroom was kept in a nice and clean condition. The hotel was around a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. The price of £35 for a Saturday night was an attractive point for me and I...
