This is a best resort in this area. I visited on Nov 22 with 12 family members. The staff at the resort are very humble and supportive. The food quality is very good. You can enjoy the pool and garden area. If you love nature then there are big green areas in the resort and they are maintained well.I did not feel any discomfort. It was a good decision. A special thanx to Ms. Priyanka who supports a lot in booking the safari ticket and resort bookingb from delhi itself.
Everything is up to the mark. Food was awesome. Room was very clean. The cleaning of hotel was excellent. Amazing hospitality. We spent there 2 days, in two days we got there good hospitality. All staff are very friendly and courteous. Overall it was awesome.

It was amazing experience in the Kamay maulik mansion resort. As well as bonfire experience. We will definitely to recommend our family and friends also to visit kamay maulik mansion. Everything was well managed,,amenities, staff n food, property was so peaceful, room was in very good condition, restaurant staff was very supportive n good mannered. Pricing is also not so high, value for Money. Think corbett think Maulik 🙂

Visited this property on 26 August till 28 August 2022. The entire experience was damning, terrible, and seemed liked it just could get worse and worse every hour. I could write 5 pages long review and points about my stay experience starting from check-in till check-out, but will point out a few of them here. In short first followed by a long and genuine review Property: Good sit-out places, 2 swimming pools, Spacious rooms, but bed smaller than standard queen size bed (could not even fit a 5'5" tall person) Amenities: 2 Swimming pools, gym (without any weights), pool room, board room, dining hall Cleanliness and hygiene: Terrible, wet slippery walkways, mattress in corridor and staircase, cockroaches on bed, cobwebs on furniture, dirty tea kettles Staff: Very undertrained or probably not trained at all, cannot even clean a room without our intervention, had a reason for every complaint we had Food: Probably the only thing I have nothing bad to say about. However, it was also not that good. Management: ERRIBLE, EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. Now comes the detailed review, I recommend reading the entire post if you are considering this hotel and need honest opinion, this may also help you to consider points in future bookings anywhere else. And sorry, no photos, as we just could not feel anything for the place, such bad was our experience We went as a family of 12 people, 8 adults and 4 kids. Not one of use have any good memory of this place. We had done our booking 1.5 months earlier and requested to allot us rooms close together. When we reached there, they told us only 2 rooms are ready and 2 are being prepared. Please note their check-out time is 10.30am and check-in time is 1:00pm. We reached there around 1:30pm and still our rooms were not ready. We started having bad vibes about this place soon. Then, we got to know that the rooms are not together, 2 are together, one on another floor and one on completely opposite end. WE BOOKED 1.5 MONTHS PRIOR TO COMING. STILL, THEY COULDNT ARRANGE A FAMILY GROUP BOOKING TOGETHER? This is just ill management. We had to fight our way to get the rooms together. When we reached our 1 ready room, it was NOT READY. The mattress was dirty, there was mud right at the entrance, THERE WAS SOMEBODY's UNDERGARMENTS HANGING IN THE BATHROOM, like WHAT THE F HELL!! And they say it was ready room!!?? No dental kits, towels seemed like they were just dried and never sent to LAUNDRY, the Bedsheet was ripped and had holes in it. Later we found out that all the rooms had a lot of dampness, the rooms filled with damp smell, the AC was not cooling enough, and this was the complain of other guests there as well. There were mattresses laying around in corridor and staircases, don’t know why. We were afraid they would be putting those mattresses laying in dust as our extra bedding which we bought for kids. There was a 1.5m wide walkway between the pool area and entrance of our room. The walkway was so wet due the pool that few of us slipped and one of us even got injured. NO MAINTENANCE OR CLEANLINESS AT ALL The hotel claimed to be more responsible after our complaining, but it didn’t seem so. Time for High Tea time, their tea time was 5 o’clock. We reach there at 5.15 o’clock and nobody else was there, we were the first one to reach. Their high tea menu- Tea and biscuits. THEY HAD LITERALLY JUST 7 PIECES OF BISCUITS ON THE TRAY. The staff said that THEY WERE OUT OF BISCUITS! WE WERE THE FIRST ONE TO REACH THERE, IT WAS JUST THE START OF TEA TIME, AND THE HOTEL WAS OUT OF BISCUITS?? AREY DONT CALL FOR HIGH TEA IF YOU DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO SERVE! Later we had to fight again and although the guy at reception arranged us complimentary tea and pakoras in our room, it would not suffice for what was to come the next hour and day. In dinner, they said they have missi roti, but it took them nearly 30 minutes to bring us 2 pieces of missi roti, we had already finished our dinner by then, why would you even send it to us? A day of misery came to end but prepare for the next day now. Next day, we had wait for almost 1 hour to get our FRESH TOWELS, and another hour to get our HAND TOWEL! The staff said that we don’t provide HAND TOWELS. WHAT HOTEL DOES NOT PROVIDE HAND TOWEL? And we knew they did provide hand towels BECAUSE SAW THEM WHEN OUR "READY ROOMS" WERE BEING READIED! THE AUDACITY THE STAFF HAD TO LIE STRAIGHT TO OUR FACES! MIND YOU THIS IS A 4-STAR HOTEL. A 4-STAR HOTEL THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE HAND TOWELS AND DENTAL KITS! ONLY ON ASKING THEM WILL THEY PROVIDE AND THAT TOO WITH RESISTANCE! We asked housekeeping to send us 2 bottles of water extra since we had 2 adults and 2 kids in 1 room, and have also paid almost 50% extra (35% of room cost per extra bedding + some negotiation), and they STRAIGHT REJECTED IT AND SAID THAT THE BOTTLES ARE CHARGEABLE. A 7000 RS ROOM WITH 1500+1500 RS FOR 2 EXTRA BED, A TOTAL OF 10,000 RS ROOM AND YOU PROVIDE JUST 2 BOTTLES FOR 4 PEOPLE? BULLS**T! IN THE END, THEY DID CHARGE US FOR THE BOTTLES! Next, we had some snacks in our room and called housekeeping to clean the room, the cleaning guy came, cleaned the Table, threw the food bits on the floor, and WENT AWAY! I had to run after him and call him back, only then had WIPED THE FLOOR! And how, they wiped it outside the room and wiped the dirt and food bits away towards the LANDSCAPING OUTSIDE! They couldn't even pick it up, they just throw it away towards the landscaped area RIGHT OUTSIDE THE ENTRANCE OF OUR ROOM and swimming pool area! Another day coming towards end, but not the nuisance of the hotel. We found LIVE COCKROACHES ON THE BED. IT JUST WOULD NOT STOP, experience getting worse and worse and we wishing to run away from the Hotel! and finally on the day of checking out, in breakfast, the hall AC, i had to turn it on myself because the staff would not do it, then wait for 30 minutes to get plain glass of MILK. and when we are leaving, the waiters would bring 4 GLASSES OF MILK. NAHI CHAIYE AB BREAKFAST HO GAYA HAMARA! And finally, it was the time to leave and check out, but OF COURSE WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 25 minutes or so FOR OUR LUGGAGE TO BE BROUGHT FROM ROOMS. The boy was expecting tip from us, but I am not even sorry to not feel anything for him for obvious reasons. Lastly (of course it’s not over yet), I was told by the STAFF and guys at RECEPTION that the hotel ownership is changing from 1 September 2022 and so some staff have left and some are not willing to work 100%. First of all, you are giving a guest this information!? And secondly, if you are short on staff and amenities, why are you even taking bookings, just shut the hotel down for the time and spare the guests this torture! These were few of the biggest reasons of why never to come here, as mentioning all the small nit bits and details would just make you question your other booking anywhere in the future. I myself went to this hotel after reading positive AND PROMISING reviews, however my EXPERIENCE WAS BEYOND TERRIBLE AND DEFINITELY NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDERING OF COMING HERE AGAIN OR ANY OF THIS HOTEL CHAIN. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THEIR GUESTS HAVING THIS KIND OF AN EXPERIENCE…
This 4 star plus property is only 4 km away from Bijrani zone gate and surroundings is great. Rooms are very good with all the modern amenities and food option is in API mode is recommended. Restaurant is vast with almost 80 - 100 persons capacity with Buffet Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner. Veg and Non veg both options are available. Private and common pool both available as per room category. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Safari pick up and drops are also available. Car parking space is big enough with paid dormitory for drivers. Rooms are very big with esthetic interiors. Children playing area with bon fire is available. Spa with limited types are currently available. Strongly recommend for family stay.
I have visited Maulik mansion on 18th October. It's a very good place with courteous staff except with a very rude security who shocked me with his behavior. I never have seen someone with that attitude in hospitality industry. He treated us as if we came for a free stay. It a rainy night and we were with small children, when I called him for a help to share umbrella he didn't help but just ignored and walked away. I could have complained about him immediately but we were treated in way that I feel writing in a public forum to let the management know about him. Rating you low only because of his unacceptable behavior.
This property is known for loud music. Everyone jumps into the pool and they use concert sized speakers to party. The music plays from morning to night, and barely stopped for an hour during the course of the stay. Please avoid if you want quality sleep and a nice peaceful stay in the forest. If you like loud, drunk and rowdy people screaming outside your room then this is the place for you :)
Oh boy, what an experience it has been while we stayed here. A huge property (having gym, spa, sports activities), multiple swimming pools (a few rooms having their private pool as well), painstakingly maintained gardens, constantly evolving & curated menu of the restaurant food (which made us stay for a day more), every staff member serving with smile (especially when everyone is going through a CoViD-era), and the centralised location of this property. In which area would we see an improvement? Umm... Actually, Yes. 1) Pls start serving bakery products e.g., croissant, cake, pastry 2) High-tea means Tea with snacks not just cookies :-) 3) The chef should not put tooty-fruity in every 'Dessert' dish :-) By the way, this is a hotel chain having properties at multiple locations.
