This place is good destination for family. Comfortable resort situated at a convenient location at the foothills of Himalayas.
The welcoming staff and decently organized rooms.
While a little more can be done to better the ambience inside rooms and have bigger bathrooms with more facilities like jacuzzi to .make the stay more luxurious, it can still be said that the place definitely adds a few pages to the memory book.
While at this place never miss to have some direct interaction with charming, humble and soft natured restaurant manager Mr. NAVEEN JOSHI, his personal touch to take care of your requests to ensure your taste buds are fully satisfied while you are comfortably dining at their restaurant. I have Spend 2 nights in Maulik Mansion Jan 1 and Jan 2 , I am sharing very Honest Feedback because before going to this Hotel , I search out many Resort and found this good based on Pictures and reviews so let me share mine

Excellent Property decoration. Who have designed this property really has very good sense of design.
But rooms are not maintained there is many issues like
1. False ceiling light is not working properly
2. There is a lot of Seepage in Rom wall
3. bathroom is not properly cleaned [ My case wash washing was cracked][
4. TV Size is very good but remote is damage and not working
5. Geyser capacity per room is too small so if you go with family do wait for 1 hours to get it ready in winter season

I eat Mall-puwa on Dinner and that one was one of the best after my mom.

Property is neat and clean. Everything is top notch had problem with hot water but Mr. Jagdish Joshi and Mr. Satish helped me with the solution special thanks to them. The staff is exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring we feel pampered throughout our stay. Though on the pricier side, the resort provides excellent value for a top-tier vacation experience.

We stayed there for two days to celebrate our anniversary. My wife wanted to give me a surprise and on her request, the hotel staff decorated the entire room before our arrival. I was amazed to see the cleanliness and expert level decoration upon arriving. The hotel also arranged cake and a candle light dinner as well for us (off course at an additional cost but it was damn nominal). Rameshwar from their staff was the one who took care of this and he did his job amazingly.
The restaurant has one of the finest staff and chefs. The food quality and taste was extraordinarily great. They offer a good variety of item sin buffet and prepare food specifically for you if you want something of your choice and taste.
Most importantly, I would like to thank the staff for their support and help. My wife wasn't feeling well since we left home and on the last day of visit, she wasn't good at all. The hotel took me to the nearby clinic for first aid at didn't charge anything for that. It was a timely support and I am really thankful to them.
I highly recommend everyone to have a stay at Hotel Maulik Mansion. YOu'll be amazed by the quality of their service and promptness.

We want to inform travellers that the reviewer is blackmailing the resort to offer a complete refund for the stay and a complimentary two-night stay at our other property. This individual is resorting to threats and posting multiple malicious reviews across various social platforms in an attempt to coerce us into meeting his demands. Despite our efforts to address the situation and resolve the matter amicably, the reviewer persists in his threatening behaviour, stating his intention to continue posting negative reviews until his demands are met. Such actions not only violate ethical standards but also constitute fraudulent behaviour. We urge the reviewer to reconsider his actions and recognise the efforts we invest in ensuring the satisfaction of all our guests.
