We came here with our family and friends Although the entrance of this Resort is not very impressive but once we checked in side it was really surprising . It's beautiful place with green and pool view. Pool is very clean and maintained. We met with G M Mr Rahul Sharma he is very courteous and always ready to help us infact we called him late night due to some requirements he answered and filled our request.Thank you so much for your prompt services and Hospitality.

My friend and I spent two nights at this beautiful resort and I can't praise enough the service and dedication of Dinesh Chundra, Pankaj Bachani and Deepak Pandey (the three wonderful Food and Beverage boys who looked after us during our stay). Special praise also to Chef Kisnor Senadhish for his great meals. These four boys (whose names I hope I have spelt correctly!) went over and above their roles and should be acknowledged for their ability to make guests so welcome. We would come again and highly recommend a stay at this beautifully kept and friendly resort.

I am trapped here with one more night. I just want to leave. The room is damp and smell mold the bed smell mold the pillows where wet from damp and moist. It feel like the room was cleaned and got new bed linen a month ago and has just been left without heating to become moist and damp. The food is ok but heavyli overpriced, 350 for a vegetable briyani and 60 for a roti. And i got the north korea feeling. I was almost alone on the whole resort. And i tried to eat in the resturant but i couldent i had to take the food to my room, i feelt so onconfterble buy having the 4-6 waiters standing 7 meter away and stare att me like i was a animal. So for me this was an absolut disaster place and one of the worst resorts i ever sat my for in. Either i was unlucky or something becuse how this hotel can have the ranking it does is for me unexplaineble it must be fake review they paid for. One of the worst experience of traveling 40+ countries.

I got a new room and the hotwater dident work so they got to fix it and they did. then the tv dident work and i dont even bother to tell them. And last night electrisity died so it was freezing all night. So sad for the poor people that work there that have to face unsatified customers and can do nothing about it.

The resort is nice, but only the cottages and 2 story rooms are good. Otherwise rest of the rooms are stinky and have cobwebs in them. The resort management is not good at all, very rude and cold and it's all about the money with them. No kindness towards the guests, no hospitality at all, I don't know why they're in the hospitality Buisness. Just the restaurant staff is good, nice helpful people, specially Vaseem. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. Horrible catering of guests. Please go anywhere else but here.

We booked 20 plus rooms for a group. Hotel ambiance & food quality is good no doubt on that. The exact problem is of no hot water why the hotels doesn't have the proper set up for hot water when they have 48 rooms in all and it may or may not be packed. So they should ready with all types of water.
We booked 10 to 15 gypsy for corbett tiger safari (for bijrani zone) and they promised the safari time will be from (2 to 5.30 PM). but to shock the gpysy returned before 4.30 PM. So there is no proper co ordination with internal team. when you guiys doesn't fulfill the commitment then why you take the safari bookings.
When asked for reason they said group member told that tourist want to return to hotel and tourist itself complained on it to us so drivers are cheat.
Note: Please note and take a actions on gypsy drivers if this is a case then corbett will lose the business in another 2 to 3 years.

Dont book this hotel if you think you are expecting services at par with a reputed hotel chain.
Had a horrible experience of waiting for 3 hours at the receipt and doing multiple follow ups to get access to my room for which I had paid full in advance.
Felt helpless since no one at the reception or even at the corporate office would listen and let me even check in to my room.
Property is old but ok. Food is ok but the restaurant staff is courteous!
All in all a horrible experience- never coming back -there are much better options available nearby and at much better price.

Only MakeMyTrip is selling this hotel that too in the name of country inn. It’s a trick to deceive people into believing that they are a branded hotel chain. However, this hotel is a cheap hotel with below third class facilities and extremely rude management. Everything about this hotel is cheap except for prices.I don’t understand how big companies like MakeMyTrip are so unethical and just interested in promoting fake hotels.

Seems some recommendations are fake here. I selected this resort as per their feedback's and recommendation by my trip organizer. But this would not happened with any other person that’s why I am writing here all the points.
We were 3 families and went to this place in June'17 only for 2 nights & 3 days. We booked through Panambi Vacations (my trip organizer), 15 days prior with all advance payment. Panambi Vacations people asked me to not to reach before 1:00pm else I won't get the rooms since Check-In time was 1:00pm.
Now, film begins from here. We reached at Regenta Tarika at 1:00pm exactly. But we didn't get the rooms. So they gave one room and to put all our luggage there. After waiting for 45 mins, we got rest of the rooms. The rooms which were provided was stinking washroom with messy bed sheets with bed bugs. I had protest and in addition asked for to move our rooms to open zone or adjacent pool side. In any case, pool side rooms were at higher cost. So they didn't give us. But they additionally didn't move to same category rooms.
Secondly, I have asked to their Manager to move our rooms. He stated, I should talk to my Trip Organiser (Panambi Vacations). Also, the most noticeably bad part is, even Panambi Vacations didn't do anything in this. I will never ever booked anything from this Trip Organiser in my life.
Third, as I said, rooms were bad, please check my photos. The terrible thing was, we were at 2nd floor and there was no lift at all. We all had kids and they all were using stairs a large number of times. We were 3 families, and the bed they gave us were two single beds which was separated from each other. Furthermore, it was difficult to lay down with kids.
Forth, the food was somewhat good. But in lunch & dinner, we felt that 1 or 2 dishes were looking like that they cooked and mixed-up with 2-3 dishes from breakfast only. So we didn't eat those.
Fifth, the very last day, in the morning time we used their pool. And all of a sudden 7-8 individuals accompanied their gear and hopped into the pool without swim wears and even without shower. So, we moved out from pool and complaint this at reception. But they didn’t do anything.
Sixth and very important part, the room service was shocking. Next day, we called multiple times to clean our rooms and they didn’t change the bed covers and not splash any room freshener. And when we called the manager to ask about the service, he answered that they do change alternate days. Ha-ha-ha very funny.
Now, it all you guys whether you want to go and ruin your money & vacation. But I would not propose or suggest any family to go there.
