Located at a beautiful place with scenic view, but zero maintenance, zero hygiene, not recommended at all, felt bad at such a waste of such a beautiful property, have to take minimum 20 stairs to go to the restaurant

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room, we could view the scenic mountains and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the cottage, there are lush green trees of seasonal fruits over the spread. You can ask their staff to pluck them and have a bite. The view of the mountains from your room's window was commendable it is a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Mukteshwar. Our stay at the hotel was just for two days two nights. The receptionist made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We had our anniversary on the travelled day, they arranged cake for us and the services offered were commendable. We were highly impressed by their gesture. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. The food service was also good, their buffet menu has variety of options. We booked Myna cottage, the room was fully equipped with all luxurious amenities and if missing, they were a call away. We will definitely revisit it once the snow starts. Cherry on the top was they even arranged freshly plucked fruits at departure. Highly impressed. Our stay at the property was all worth.

The Resort is excellent, the ambience is very good...... The cottages are beautiful..... But the Restaurant is pathetic. The food served is tasteless, the staff of the restaurant is very slow in-service. Restaurant needs improvement.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are decent, food not so impressive, should have been better considering the price range. Parking is an issue during peak season. One of the weekends a group played loud music until very late, the resort didnt care of other guests who prefer a noise free environment.

Stayed at this property for 02 nights in March, 2022. The location is superb, the staff is also very good, however it is a very poorly maintained property. The sofas were torn, the wardrobe door panel was broken, Tea bags are without pouches and are handled by raw hands, the Dining hall is not cleaned properly, the food spilled by the guest on the table is further dropped on the floor by the staff while cleaning the tables instead of lifting the same in a plate. Most of the toiletries are to be asked for since the same is not provided. The quality of B/Fast served is nothing much to be talked about since there is hardly any spread. There was no common tip box , so that those working behind the scene can also share the gratuity. The resort is not at all friendly for people with special needs since there are no ramps. Even the luggage is carried on the head by the poor staff. The management needs to pull up its socks and run it more professionally. It appeared that the management has taken the guest for granted . The staff was apologetic at every juncture since it was the question of their job , and they did their best but had their own limitations. Since Mukteshwar has lots of beautifully located properties, Guest should explore other properties.

The property is beautiful and serene, with Large and luxurious rooms. The Food is great and has a good spread. Ample of open spaces for your family to sit around and have fun. However, do remember that this resort is spread over several steps of hill, and traversing to and from rooms could be challenge for Senior citizens and kids. Our experience however was unique to say the least and if intrested read about how all hell broke loose when we visited this property ============================ The infamous rains of Oct'21 which caused havoc in uttarkhand, was the time when we were also stuck in this property. The Management was not prepared for such a crisis, especially because they had used all their power backup reserves, on an event, a day ago and no preps were done to replenish the same. Saving grace was we were still able to get meals, though limited over span of next 3 days. Day one was when we were really left on our own and only got power for an hour or 2 at most. Imagine being with an infant in severe rain and cold with only a roof over your head and no way to warm things up. On day two when the management was prompted and observed that we the guests were managing things on our own, the Management was seen in action and started taking drastic actions to reduce waterlogging and cleanups. Imagine you are in a crisis and Manager comes to you and says ' If i would have known something like this would happen, i would not have joined this resort, its a chaos all around.' What a way to brighten up the spirits of guests. Thankfully another Senior Member of Management Seemed to be in Better control and was literally getting his hands dirty and working with support staff. This actually made us confident and we tried supporting them in all the ways we could, despite having severe challenges. After almost no electricity for 3 days , once the Rains stopped and things started improving, the true beauty of the resort was appreciated. We had a bonfire last night of stay and a musical evening by some guests was a delight. If only the Management would have had the basics right and also properly trained in crisis management, things could have been better, and our experience could have been far far improved. ================================= Despite all this would still recommend this property to those who wish to seek solace amongst nature.

Digantaa was the chosen venue for Manzar-e-Aam music festival this year. The property did complete justice to the feel of the musical extravaganza and my art workshop alike. I wish to go back to Digantaa soon as I could not find time to experience their spa and swimming pool.

We stayed in the Magpie Villa. It had two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a BIG hall in between. There was an outdoor sit out area. The Villa was comfortable. Had a great view. But the couch had stain marks. The service overall was poor. If you ask them to send something don't expect it to reach you for an hour. The food was horrible in the property. The breakfast spread was a joke! We ordered in room dining as well and it was equally bad. It seems like someone has spent good money in making the property but now is unable to manage its upkeep! Not recommended for elderly and children as you have to walk quite a bit inside the property and there are big uneven stairs. The so called heated pool is NOT heated. It is only covered. And it had dirt as if it had not been used in ages. Could not think of getting in. Magpie 1 has the best view and location!

Everything about this place is beautiful. Amazing rooms, amazing views, great hospitality and highly cooperative staff. I have already visited this property thrice and would love to come back again. Room service needs some management, for a bigger group it needs to be properly planned.

Excellent location and rooms. The room service could have been a little better but I guess it was because they were hosting a music festival. Special thanks to mudit — the property owner for listening to all feedback and fixing everything on the second day of the festival. Will be back soon 😁
