The location is beautiful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful and the food is delicious. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. Rarely have I seen the owner and the manager personally take care of the guests. They both are warm, approachable and very helpful. It was an absolute delight to stay at the Alpine Chalet Resort.

The Alpine Chalet is a beautiful property in the midst of nature, perfect getaway with lot of peace, serenity and beauty. Their room Ebony chalet (303) is awesome providing majestic views of the valley, the snow clad mountain ranges and greenery. Seeing sunrise and sunset from our room was mesmerizing! Special thanks to the General Manager of the property Mr Awadesh for looking after us so well. Chef Mahesh cooked amazing meals for us and our 7 year old daughter. Also thanks to their team members Ganesh, Neeraj and Umed for thier hospitality. They had inhouse activities like trekking, zip line, rappling, and ladder climbing for the adventure seekers as well.

Great Experience which makes your vacation worth while. The location of the prperty is great - serene and calm away from the main Mukteswar. Wonderful and warm staff who makes you feel at home. Food is too good and the chef goes out of the way to take your request . The service staff are very welcoming and helpful. The view from the rooms are great especially the Ebony Glasshouse which has three side glass and starting from Sunrise to Sunset to Himalayan range all ca be enjoyed from the room. Owner Mr Radhey Kapoor and the GM Mr Yadav are very welcoming and gives you the assurance of a great time. All in all a great place to have your quiet , serene vacation.
