Things have changed at the White Hart in recent weeks, hopefully for the better. Some(but not all) of the signs are encouraging - better quality ale, for instance - and the new people seem to want to develop the pub to offer food again. This was once a very busy local.

New owner Pat and her team did the Wake after Mum's funeral. What a superb job they did. Hot Stovies because Dad is a Scot, along with a full cold buffet spread which easily fed the 80 plus people who came along. We were so pleased we went there and grateful to Pat for helping make a difficult day better.

Angela & Sara were very welcoming, and made us feel at home, lovely rustic spacious room with nice en-suite. Excellent fish & chips and a very big & tasty breakfast. Quiet location, with close proximity to Oxburgh Hall, National Trust property.

We stopped off recently at the local pub just for a drink. We decided to have some chips too. We must say, it was a very nice afternoon, staying for a couple of hours. It was clean and warm. . We shall be back soon.

My husband and I, visited this place in August of this year for my birthday weekend away from the children. What a lovely stay we had! It's located in a very very quiet rural residential area. Its the only pub around for miles, well, the only anything around for miles lol. We arrived on a very hot sunny afternoon and...

Stayed here recently and was not impressed at all, feel for the staff trying to run this run down country pub that needs a massive investment. The customers that we met all drink heavily and drive as do most people in the local area from pub to pub as they like to brag about. The foods OK rooms OK. Very...

Fantastic little pub hidden in Norfolk village with quaint spacious accommodation and very well priced. Angie was especially friendly and prepared a lovely breakfast with duck eggs well worth a try. Room was clean and well presented with a nice comfy bed and nice bathroom facilities. They also have local live bands playing every now and then so if you...

My wife and I stayed here last night as we see Paloma Faith in Thetford Forest. The staff can not do enough for you, the room was very pleasant, with it's own access. Even gave us a plate of nibbles after we came back from the concert. The breakfast is something special, a proper full English with as much tea...

Friend and I were cycling from Cambridge to Blakeney, and stopped here for a much-needed lunch. The manager was extremely helpful, allowing us to charge a GPS, etc. We had a generously proportioned lunch: lamb hot pot for me, and a particularly good-looking chili for my friend. Very good bar banter too. Recommend!
