Good parts: property location is excellent, rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very hospitable. The trouble is that considering now there are no activities permitted, there is very little to do in terms of activities around. For a resort that claims to be an "active holiday destination" there are a couple of hikes available which can be done in an hour or so and some okayish climbing facilities. The guides are not really naturalists so their goal is to strictly get from beginning to end. The food is standard multi-cuisine food which is unfortunate given the pahadi cuisine is so rich.
Atali Ganga is all about heart. Founded and run by passionate adventurists and river champs - the place oozes warmth, young energy, ingenuity, honesty, attention to detail - in the lap of nature. The whole property is nestled in a lush hill facing a tall mountain and a gushing Ganga, tucked away from the the busy Rishikesh. Fantastic beach a walk away. Service is prompt, friendly, genuine. Food is flavourful, fresh and varying. Activities inclusive in the price is a bonus. Amazing spot with friends, with families - lots of common areas with solid views. Thanks to HP, Sunita, Sanjay, Badri ++ everyone. Looking forward to trip no.2 and more activities.

The location of the property is superb, located on a hill with each cottage offering ample privacy and good views of nature. Our holy Ganga river just flows below the resort. We just stayed here for two nights, but left with a whole lot of memories. Will surely come back someday. Kudos to entire team of Atali Ganga led by HP. Keep it up Guys !!
Me and my husband stayed at Atali Ganga for 3 nights and it was surreal. We totally enjoyed the property because of the warm hospitality and spectacular surroundings. We had our cottage almost 300 stairs above which was a bit of a task to get to the room to be honest, but it gave us utmost privacy and the serenity and views we were looking for. Each cottage has a private balcony and 3 sides glass windows which makes it ideal specially given the current Covid situation. Even the restaurant follows strict Covid guidelines and the meals are served by staff and wearing masks is a must. All the meals are tastefully prepared with enough variety of Indian food as well as a few items in Chinese / Italian. I especially enjoyed the evening popcorn and snacks which they served with the…
