Travellers' Choice
Atali Ganga, Rishikesh is possibly north India's most exciting active holiday destination. Located near Atali Dogi in the valley of the Upper Ganges, guests can expect a fun filled weekend. Choose to go mountain biking, try out our excellent High Ropes course, wall climbing, abseil, hike, camp, inflatable kayak, raft, learn the "Eskimo roll" in our pool before taking on the river. Sip sundowners after a long day outdoors, and dine under the stars. Surrounded by reserved forest on all sides, Atali is nestled away from the crowded strip downstream, and will be a great option for a quick getaway for the discerning traveller. The USP of Atali, Ganga is also the spanking new High Ropes Course, one of the fastest growing outdoor and team building activities. It will challenge you, inspire you, and at times, humble you. Come, check in! Caution : We are spread over a hillside ( travelling with infants or elderly will need to walk to their cottages) ; we have no TV in the rooms

Our 4 day stay at Atali Ganga gave us the opportunity to not only stay in great comfort but also experience many fantastic adventure activities. This included river rafting, kayaking, swimming (in Ganga and the resort pool), wall climbing, trekking and most enjoyable of all, commando obstacle course. The team of guides/ trainers were systematic in their approach to ensure safety, while giving us the opportunity to challenge and enjoy ourselves. We even managed to do river yoga. The meals were extravagant with a excellent variety to satisfy all palates. The views from the rooms and other areas of Atali were extra-ordinary (photos shared). The staff were friendly, we felt like we were there visiting family. I was also given the experience of witnessing evening prayers (Arthi) at

I went back to Atali Ganga after about five years--and everything I loved about it the first time around is still as good. The views from every level and most rooms are gorgeous. It is quiet and serene--and one can go around doing hectic river and climbing activities or just sit and chill in the sitout in front of every room or do yoga in one of the lovely little courtyards around the place. The staff is as warm and friendly and helpful as I remember. The food is good if not exceptional--but it really does not matter what you are eating when you are sitting out overlooking the hills, a skyful of stars and hearing the rover below! There are two lovely leather couches in a sunny corner overlooking the river which I particularly recommend for those who would like to sit and laze.

It was a wholesome experience with breath taking views.. the staff was really friendly.. food had limited options but everything was good.. this boutique property has much more to offer than its branded competitors nearby.. the resort has a potential to give taj a tough competition given they both are very close to each other and given the right direction it can outdo it..!!

Courteous staff Customer oriented as they changed our stay dates with one email to booking office. Limited Tasty buffet spread with pahadi flavors Clean and tidy rooms with mountain view The forest trek to beachvwas an experience to remember Perfect for people who like to stay active on holidays and explore raw nature Covid protocols were followed at all timesecluded independent cottage. No complaints except the pool was not clean But considering the heavy rains and frequent climate change everything was smooth and this place is so underrated. I highly recommend if you like to spend time together with nature as there is no tv or food in the room service. Wifi only available in lobby and cafe area or you can use mobile data. (I love this thought of limited access) Overall i
