Travellers' Choice
Atali Ganga, Rishikesh is possibly north India's most exciting active holiday destination. Located near Atali Dogi in the valley of the Upper Ganges, guests can expect a fun filled weekend. Choose to go mountain biking, try out our excellent High Ropes course, wall climbing, abseil, hike, camp, inflatable kayak, raft, learn the "Eskimo roll" in our pool before taking on the river. Sip sundowners after a long day outdoors, and dine under the stars. Surrounded by reserved forest on all sides, Atali is nestled away from the crowded strip downstream, and will be a great option for a quick getaway for the discerning traveller. The USP of Atali, Ganga is also the spanking new High Ropes Course, one of the fastest growing outdoor and team building activities. It will challenge you, inspire you, and at times, humble you. Come, check in! Caution : We are spread over a hillside ( travelling with infants or elderly will need to walk to their cottages) ; we have no TV in the rooms

I was at Atali for the third time and I am again in love with this property. It feels like my own home now. It's beautiful and serene, Ganges view from White Water Cafe is breathtaking. The dedication and commitment of staff to make your stay comfortable is commendable. They offer activities like rafting, kayaking, trekking etc. We enjoyed morning treks and kayaking with their expert guides. But I love evening bonfire the most where you can enjoy your drinks as well. Though buffet meals do not have too many options but the food quality and tase is very good. Special thanks to Mr. Sharma and his team for making our each stay memorable. I would definitely visit this place again.

Thank you Vaibhav, HP, Bikas and Sunita for making our stay memorable. Positives: 1. Super clean rooms 2. Good quality buffet, especially early morning chai with a magnificent view :) 3. Bonfire in the evening - where you get to meet other guest and even the resort management makes it a point to make everyone comfortable 4. Activities with safety precautions 5. The view. OMG! Not so good: 1. There are a lot of steps to get to the cottages and if you have knee issues or very unfit, you won't enjoy here. 2. No room service, except water. 3. Toiletries are very 3-star-ish. Carry your own if you are used to luxury. 4. We had booked a Duplex, but the connecting stairs were from thr outside. These "Not-so-good" points did not bother us much. We had a gala time. Highly recommend and we will go there again (and again)!

My family and i stayed at atali ganga for 3 nights. we had an amazing experience but the heater in our room wasn’t very strong and didn’t work well. There was a lot of climbing, i don’t suggest going here with older people as it might be hard for them to go up and down. the activities were safe and a lot of fun. the staff was very nice and the food was great. overall i enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again.
