Our apartment at Bear Lodge was a real home from home, providing for every amenity in a stylish and comfortable decor - we loved it and would happily go back. My husband and I were visiting our daughter, who is working as a ski instructor at Mount Washington Resort so wanted to be right next to the action - and...

We stayed at Bear Lodge with our two daughters for a ski holiday. The two bedroom was large, clean and had all of the amenities. The lodge is right on the slopes and in close proximity to the lifts. What impressed us most about the stay was the service - halfway back to Victoria we realized that we had left...

Right on the slopes with 'ski-in-ski-out' this lovely spot had views over Strathcona. We stayed in 402 A - it had a fire, nice double bed, kitchenette and a big bathroom with tub. Nice and warm, good furnishings, wi-fi and DVD collection. Great staff and an underground parking spot. Couldn't have wanted anything else. Food in the resort was average...

We stayed at Bear Lodge over the winter for a family ski holiday. Basic accommodation but clean, up to date, reasonably spacious with a decent kitchenette. Convenient to the slopes and the main lodge. Highly recommended.

Woo. We had a great run with many new friends our first and their 7th, Such a great turn out! We stayed at the bear lodge and it was a last minute decision to stay the night. We had quick service and the ladies at front desk were very friendly. We got a great room it was in great conditions....

I have stayed in ski rental condos in Lake Taboe, Whistler - this condo is large, well maintained, well equipped, nicely decorated, better than expected. Two things I am not happy about: 1) TV programming - limited channels available during the summer months, 2) once the room is booked, no cancellation. Since there is only one restaurant here, I would...

Well maintained building. Stayed at the Marmot Den Condo on the top floor, view side - unit 413. Lovely and well maintained. Spotlessly clean. The hot tub in the common area was a fantastic way to unwind. No complaints from me. The condo also had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

I rented a one bedroom condo unit overlooking the valley in the Bear Lodge building. Accommodation slope side is limited so if you are going here on the weekend and don't want the drive from Courtney/Comox, then book a few weeks ahead. The unit I enjoyed was very comfortable, well equipped including in-suite washer/dryer. There is a locked storage unit...

Bear Lodge (and Deer Lodge) are ski-in ski-out facilities just above the base at Mount Washington. Most units in Bear Mountain have indoor parking which is a big plus given the snowfall up there. The building is pretty basic but that is what is called for. Check-in is handled on the 1st floor, parking thereafter. Elevator to get gear up...

Bear Lodge and Deer Lodge are next door to each other at the top of the village of Mount Washington. Bear Lodge is a few years newer than the Deer Lodge (which currently is undergoing renovations). They are either all or the majority are privately owned suites that are rented out. There are two rental agencies that oversee the majority...
