Attic Rooms are very beautiful with Soft bed ,fluffy pillows , eye soothing green valleys views from Broad glass window / walls. As Toy Train line is just in front . You can have a sight of the Njp Kurseong Toy Train journey. Approximately 11/12 kms away from the Main Hustle bustle of Kurseong.
The property doesn't have Lift Facility.
Buffet Breakfast was truly superb with combination of Indian and Western items. Buffet place is Extraordinary with panoramic beauty.
Manager Vinayak is having excellent hospitality skills Front office staffs are polite with to the point answers giving ability. Restaurant staffs Rinchen and Anna are very hospitable with such a sweet smile every time.
Due to Concealed pipeline problem Hot water was not coming to the Tap but the Hosekeeping staffs provided hot water buffets on time of requirements .
Suggestions to SUMMIT Group to add on Electric Kettle , Dressing Mirror and wall clock on the rooms to make it spot on.

Firstly, the location of the resort is excellent if you're searching for a sigh of relief from the hectic city life. It's situated right in the palm of the tea garden. Although the location is a 20 minute drive from the city, the staff ensure all the services that you may require during your stay. The food is excellent, thanks to the head chef Ranjana and so is the music played in the dining area.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, with a special mention to Ritesh, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. When there was a small issue with my original room, the hotel graciously upgraded me to a suite at no extra cost. The suite had a breathtaking 360-degree view of the surrounding hills, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service and hospitality

We booked our rooms through the toll free number in their website. The images of the rooms shared showed spacious rooms with valley and train toy view and we booked it accordingly. However when we signed into the hotel the rooms were so small there was no space to move around with a small square space in the name of a balcony with leaky roofs! Very disappointed as Summit is a brand with a chain of resorts and this is the condition of the room named Sishubari. We requested them to shift us to a better room on 6th itself and we’re informed at night that it is available for 7th of July and 8th of July and we have to pay extra which we agreed. But next morning they told us that the room that we wanted to shift is only available for 8th of July and they shifted us to a different room at the back with no view, a part of the window that cannot be opened and a bathroom with a low roof on one side where the toilet is which is very inconvenient as my husband is a tall person and he has to hunch to use it. This is how they are treating guests. Please be aware of what kind of rooms you are booking into as you might be duped like us too!! Thumbs down to Summit Resorts!!! Please be careful while booking rooms. Don’t let them dupe you!!

It’s not a resort, just a hotel in a remote location. The rooms are very very small. Property has 6 floors with no lift. You have to climb to reach any room. The biggest room just manages to accommodate 2 people. The 3rd adult gets a mattress on the floor no cot. Only 2 rooms have a view that is worth your money, rest overlook the work area of the hotel.
The bathroom in what is the ‘premium room’ has a pungent sewage smell that makes it unusable. The staff is well aware of this issue but does nothing about it. The other bathrooms all have problems with the shower. Staff is courteous but clueless. They could not even recommend local sightseeing. The hotel is also located around 20 minutes away from the main city of Kurseong. Although scenic, the roads are narrow and difficult to navigate. They do not allow cars to park inside premises which is ridiculous as the road is narrow outside. Sleep quality is poor. Although bed and linen were clean and satisfactory, there was constant sound of water falling on sheets from the side and curtains are not blackout so room is filled with light by 6.30 am They start playing some strange lounge music that echoes through the hotel. Since it is a small space, you can hear the sounds from all rooms in your room.

I stayed with my family on 22nd August for 1 night I had booked 3 standard rooms but were given pleasant surprise by upgradation of rooms large spacious room . With beautiful views . The ambience is terrific. Most importantly Service was great and immaculate. It is really great place to stay would always return here for future stays .....

This hotel was booked my my tour agent Falaxy Tours and Treks in Gangtok. We reached the hotel around 6 pm and it was bathed in soft light and looked so peaceful. Hotel staff was quick to come out and help with luggage. The gate was closed when we came which was reassuring in terms of safety and security. Our room is an average size with four poster bed. It was clean and well organised . Things like tissue box shows it’s not just a petty hotel. Karam Cheetrui checked us in promptly and showies us the place giving a personal touch to our memorable experience. He personally spoke to our travel agent when pur flight got cancelled and helped us navigate through our distress . Food is immbecable. There is five course dinner plan one can choose from which is the first I have seen in this India tour. Food was delicious and delivered freshly to our room with foil covers. All ammenities are in the room including tea making services, heater, and hot water. Linen we used was clean and the bed was well made. For our 4 am departure Karam organised a packed breakfast made of fresh fruits, sandwiches , hard boiled eggs and fruit juice.This was the kindest thing one has done for us in India. Beautiful place on route to Siliguri. I really wished I stayed here longer so I. Old enjoy the mountains village experience and the services of a brilliant host. Excellent rooms with a calming atmosphere overall. Balcony view of tea estates is beautiful. Washroom is fine with sunlit roof, however shower head was non-functional. Room service is excellent and food and beverages is very good. Receptionists are very hospitable. Overall, it was a satisfying stay at the resort.

Escape the pollution and heat in 40 mins...This resort is a quick getaway from Siliguri, leaving the hot weather and touching the hills. Soothing green 💚 view. Plus from the room I got to see the toy train passing which was amazing 😍
