Just back from a four day break over Easter with my husband and eight year old daughter, brilliant place for kids, we arrived earlier than the 4pm time to check in and they got our room ready by 3pm which was great as my daughter just wanted to get to the pool and I'm nearly seven months pregnant. The kids...

Short family break which was pleasant. Hotel setting is stunning, hotel itself a little tired in parts. Being Easter it was busy, and the bar at this time of the year really doesn't have the capacity at peak times to accommodate the numbers on site at peak meal time. During the summer with the outside in play, probably not such...

Dear Reviewer Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I am pleased that you enjoyed a pleasant break away at the Ferrycarrig. I respect your comments in regards to seating capacity in the bar but unfortunately it is virtually impossible to guess the numbers intending to use the bar as between the restaurant and bar we do...

We stayed in the Ferrycarrig following a family wedding there. The room was lovely with a fabulous view out over the water. The food served at the wedding was delicious and the breakfast fare (and room) was really good. Very friendly staff and great facilities. Hope to go back fir a family break and use the pool.

We've just returned from three very relaxing nights at the Ferrycarrig. Food, rooms, swim facilities, service, kid's club, the views - everything was superb. The children enjoyed themselves, and everyone was relaxed when we returned home. Everywhere we went in the hotel we were greeted with smiles and great service. Worth mentioning: The Irish Heritage Park across the way was...
